Das Hotel liegt im zweiten Stock des Bahnhofs Kyoto, was sehr praktisch ist. Es fühlt sich so luxuriös an, in Japan endlich in einem Zimmer zu leben, das die gleiche Größe wie ein inländisches Hotel hat. Da ich spät eingecheckt habe und die ursprüngliche Zimmerkategorie bereits gebucht war, habe ich tatsächlich ein Upgrade erhalten. Das Hotel ist etwas altmodisch, verfügt aber über alle Einrichtungen. Zu den Toilettenartikeln gehören auch Make-up-Entferner und Gesichtsreiniger, was meiner Meinung nach zu vollständig ist. Auch die Schalldämmung des Hotels ist sehr gut und die Klimaanlage ist kaum zu hören. Ich dachte, die Klimaanlage sei nicht eingeschaltet. Der Transport ist bequem, Isetan liegt daneben und Einkaufen und Essen sind sehr bequem. Sehr zufrieden und sehr zu empfehlen. Ich werde das nächste Mal wieder hier übernachten.

This hotel is incredible ! It’s brand new, rooms are very upmarket, great facilities, quality of food (breakfast needs to be experienced to be believed), gym was excellent but it is the service that is absolutely mind blowing ! We haven’t experienced anything like it decades ! The check in experience was first class, room service first class and the concierge managed to surprise us every single day - running after us with umbrellas, chasing down taxi’s in the rain, big smiles every day and they were all really nice to our 5 Year old daughter (and it was genuine) ! So, we left our passports in the room safe by mistake - they called as soon as they found them (by which time we were in Tokyo) - the hotel manager, Kiyoshi Gomamoto sent one of their staff (Kokoro) to Tokyo hi hand deliver/return our passports to us, she was a lovely lady ! We are so appreciative and will cherish the memories from this hotel ! Thank you Kokoro, Kiyoshi and everyone at Fauchon. Highly recommended !

Diesmal handelt es sich um ein paar Vorverkaufsgutscheine für das Hotel auf Trip.com Live-Übertragung. Es wird es nur direkt mit ein paar Freunden benutzen, um nach Kyoto zu gehen. Sie können Ihre Lieblingsaufenthaltszeit wählen, es ist wirklich sehr praktisch. Hatten ein Standard-Zweibettzimmer auf der normalen Etage gebucht, ein Upgrade auf ein Zweibettzimmer auf der ausgewählten Etage. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, obwohl es ein altes Hotel ist, die Einrichtungen und die Dekoration im Zimmer sind erfrischend. Der Service ist auch sehr angenehm vor Ort. Das Wichtigste ist natürlich, dass die Erfahrung mit einem späten Check-out sowie einem Innenpool und einem Fitnessstudio sehr gut ist. Das Hallenbad ist wegen der Epidemie etwas bedauerlich, aber die Erfahrung ist auch sehr gut, vor allem das Frühstück, obwohl es während der Epidemie ist, aber es gibt ein Frühstücksbuffet. Kann sagen sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Frühstück entspricht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels und hat auch die besonderen Gerichte und Stile eines alten Hotels, sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist wichtig, für diesen Preis in diesem Hotel übernachten zu können und so viele Mehrwertdienste zu haben. Wahrscheinlich nur während der Epidemie erlebt. Ruhe, Komfort und Wärme sind die Erfahrungen, die dieses Hotel gesammelt hat. In diesem Sinne mag es der Spirit sein, den Kyoto in dieses Hotel bringt, und wir haben aus diesem Hotel diese Erfahrung gemacht, die zu Kyoto gehört.

Dies war meine erste Reise nach Kyoto und es gibt viele Optionen für Hotels. Ich hatte Schwierigkeiten, genau zu entscheiden, wo aber die gute Natur erwies sich als eine ausgezeichnete Wahl, weil: 1. Es ist direkt in der Stadt - ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu zwei U-Bahn-Stoppen - Sie werden die U-Bahn zu guten Attraktionen wie Inari, Nara, Kiyomizu benutzen 2. Sie sind auch in Wanderweite zu Pontocho, Gion, Nishiki Märkten 3. Es waren 3 von uns, so hatten wir 3 Einzelbetten - in einem Standardzimmer und trotz dieser 28m2 ist die Layout des Zimmers sehr gut. Natürlich, wenn Sie das Deluxe Zimmer wollen es viel größere, aber es wird viel mehr kosten 4. Erreicht einen trip.com 36% Rabatt (für 5 Nächte) was ein Gehirn-no-brainer war (wir haben nur das Zimmer) - bezahlen Sie für Frühstücksbuffet, wenn Sie müssen (viel Starbucks um, wenn das Ihre Sache ist) - Ich habe die erste Nacht getrennt durch die Hotel-Website gebucht, obwohl das Angebot trip.com nicht für 6 Nächte verlängert 5. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich und erklärte alles. 6. Buffet Frühstück war eine gute Auswahl von westlichen und asiatischen Wahlen. Das Restaurant war sehr sauber. Der Prosciutto war erstaunlich!

There are many things to like about this hotel but let me start with the most important- its people. I must give special thanks to the Front Office Manager- Yuki. On one of the nights, I had unfortunately developed a high fever- coming from abroad, I was in an anxious state about the care I may receive or what my next steps should be. All the hospitals in the surrounding area were full and could not accept walk ins. We rang the front desk and the manager Yuki reassured us that he would assist in ensuring I received proper medical attention asap. He made a few calls to his personal network and sure enough within minutes he had secured us a slot at a local hospital, arranging everything for us to ensure we were attended to immediately by the hospital staff and effectively treated. He went out of his way to help arrange the transport and did it all in the most warm, friendly demeanour. Just interacting with him had put me at ease and the extent he went to help was incredible. I had never experienced such personalised care from one of the hotel staff in my life and have stayed at multiple properties both locally and globally- Thank you Yuki, you were truly amazing and I hope to see you in Singapore! Location wise the hotel is situated pretty centrally - you've got access to multiple convenient stores, train station, bus stops and the area is relatively quiet and peaceful. Rooms were spacious enough and clean too.

Generally would like to rate 98/100 to this hotel! 👍🏻Location: Just right beside the subway station! Very convenient to travelers who are not familiar with Kyoto, especially after a tiring trip I just want to get to hotel as soon as possible without any hassles if possible. And the plus point is even this hotel is facing street but it’s quiet and no noise, besides that, along the street go straight down, got a lot of food and shops on shijo high street! 👍🏻Service: Service staff are friendly and professional! They are always keen to listen to your requests and answer your inquiries and follow your instructions accordingly! Surprisingly, they even went extra mile to make their customers more comfortable, I can feel they are taking their pride in their jobs which touches me. 👍🏻Cleanliness and Amenities also on point! The hotel is very new btw. The only 2 advices I would like to mention: 1. For my room type, there is difficulty to fit in big luggage, let alone for 2 persons so in that case please book bigger room. 2. Breakfast choice is quite limited, so if you had high expectation of hotel’ breakfast you might won’t be surprised. I still strongly recommend this hotel to people and will definitely visit it again as I really had a pleasant stay there.

Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs JR Nijo und ich habe diesen Ort für das neu eröffnete Hotel ausgewählt. Als ich eintrat, war ich von der Lobby angezogen! Ziemlich cool! Abends werden auch Getränke angeboten. Als ich dort war, war die Aufnahme und Übertragung des Europapokals zufällig etwas hoch. Hautpflegeprodukte, Teebeutel, diese werden im ersten Stock eingenommen, es gibt eine Maske und das Hautpflegeset ist sehr einfach zu bedienen. Es gibt auch eine große Badewanne, so dass das Schaumbad sehr komfortabel ist. Das Zimmer ist nicht klein und der Preis ist sehr gut. Später fügte ich einen frühen Morgen hinzu und sagte, es sei Kyoto lokales Brot und lokaler Markenkaffee, was großartig war. Habe eine Chance wieder zu leben

Ich bin mit diesem Hotel verliebt. Moderne, saubere, immer mit guter Musik und Geruch, gut mit Holz, Beton und Pflanzen ausgestattet, mit einem schönen Backwaren am Eingang und einem fantastischen Restaurant, das ein leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück serviert. Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet. Sie bieten Ihnen viele Erfahrungen, und sogar ein Elektrofahrrad, um Kyoto zu besuchen (die ich wirklich genossen hatte). Das Personal war sehr freundlich, auch wenn manchmal es kämpfen, wegen schlechten Englischkenntnissen zu sprechen. Es ist sehr nah an Higashiyama und Gion, die Sie erreichen können durch Wandern 15-20'. Die Dachbar serviert hervorragende Cocktails. Zusätzlich ist der Preis für den Service und die angebotene Qualität niedrig! FANTASTIC!

Ich habe ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel und es gab einen Shuttlebus für die Abholung und Rückgabe vom Bahnhof. Die meisten Konferenzteilnehmer übernachten im Hotel und die Grünanlagen im Hotel sind großartig. Einziges Manko ist, dass es am Bett keine Ladesteckdose gibt

The location is excellent and right in the downtown of Kyoto but not in the front street which will be too crowded and noisy, still there were some noisy from the restaurants and bar nearby which still played loud music even after 12:00AM, so not ideal for those people who needs total silence to sleep. This is probably the necessary evil when live in the downtown hotel, but the hotel is already in the back alley so felt a bit better. Cannot consider the service top quality since the hotel front desk is located at 8th floor, and there is only one person tending the luggage at ground level till 6PM, so no service can be offered at ground level, this is the part can improve since some of the high floor hotel do have ground floor service crew unless in a big commercial building complex. The room is nicely decorated and everything feels new, no complaint about the room. Although the breakfast is a bit disappointed given the very limited selection of foods and Japanese style breakfast can only offer limited number (25 serving per day?), this part can definitely make some improvement, at least inform the guest about the limited number so we can book in advance.
