LiVEMAX RESORT KYOTANGO SEA FRONT
"Das Zimmer ist sauber. Leider ist der Boden des Restaurants etwas instabil. Das Personal 々 ist auch sehr freundlich."
Ujo Soan (Adult Only)
"Our recent stay at Ujo Soan was, without exaggeration, the finest hospitality experience I have encountered in my 20 years of traveling across Japan. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was nothing short of superb. There are three highlights that made our stay truly unforgettable: 1. Exceptional Culinary Surprise: We were deeply touched by the hotel's generosity in providing a complimentary upgrade to the prestigious "Tsuiyama Blue Label Crab" set. The quality of the crab and the meticulous preparation were world-class—a true gastronomic journey. 2. Breathtaking Sunset Views: Spending time at the Lounge "AO" on the 8th floor of Bettei Fuka was a spiritual experience. Watching the sunset over the Kyotango coastline with a drink in hand is a memory we will cherish forever. 3. Outstanding Service (Sakura-san): A special mention must go to Sakura-san. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were exemplary. She anticipated our every need and represents the very best of Japanese Omotenashi. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Yasuhiko Okita and the General Manager, Mr. Nakanishi, for maintaining such an incredible standard of excellence. If you are looking for a sanctuary that combines luxury, nature, and heartfelt service, Ujo Soan is the only choice. We cannot wait to return."
Centrale Hotel Kyotango
"Hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Zimmer sind wirklich geräumig und die Aussicht ist großartig. Der nächste St (Kyo-tango Omiya) ist eine sehr kleine Station von der lokalen Linie. Wenn Sie das Hotel anrufen können, haben sie einen kostenlosen pick-up-Service von dieser Station zurück und nach."
Ippen-an
"It was my first visit in a year. All I saw was the sea, the mountains, and silence. I enjoyed a meal of fresh local seafood (this time I enjoyed abalone, giant shrimp, mussels, smelts, and local sake). I could relax in the hot spring whenever I wanted. The staff were wonderful, and they read the mood of the guests and were considerate in their conversation and consideration. I was also impressed by the encounter with the wild deer and the gecko that seems to live at the inn. I was able to forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life and spend a relaxing time. This is one of the inns I would like to visit when I'm tired of everyday life."
Hotel Ichiboukan
"Very friendly staff. Great crab dinner meals... a few steps away from the beach, which was beautiful...."
Ichiboukan Hanare Kai

Tango Onsen Hashiudosou
"There is no parking lot for guests, so you cannot park your car for outside bathing, and it is also narrow. Dinner is rushed, and you have to pay for a refill of rice. There is sand in the changing room even for the morning bath, so it is unpleasant to experience it from the morning."
3 seconds to the sea [25 minutes drive to Ine no Funya] Scenic ocean view BBQ entire house rental
"The room was clean and everything was nice. It was a great place."
Umashiyado Totoya
"Good experience"
Yusai Resort Hibiki
"The hotel rooms are very comfortable and well designed, especially the hot springs and the balcony in the room have a great view of the sea. The quality of the food for dinner and breakfast is very good, but the dining space is a bit small, and the service of the service staff is excellent."
Shotenkyo Onsen Minatoso
"Kumihama is a rural town in Kyotango City, on the Sea of Japan coast of Kyoto. It's less than a 3-hour drive from Kansai, and from May onwards, the season for night fishing for white squid (kensaki squid), a specialty of the Sea of Japan, begins. In June, you can catch large white squid called "daiken" and in large numbers, so many anglers flock there. Kumihama is a local area, so it's relatively easy to book a boat, and what's more, Minato-so is an accommodation that also offers boats for squid fishing experiences, making it very convenient. The boat charter is inexpensive, and the captain is friendly. After fishing, you can return to the inn and relax in the bath, washing away the dirt and sweat. Many people go all the way from Kansai to the Sea of Japan to fish for squid and then head straight home, but here you can rest and relax before going back. Also, many fishing spots are less than 30 minutes from the port, so although Kumihama is a bit of a distance away, the boat travel time is extremely short, making it highly recommended! I'd be worried if it becomes too popular and reservations become impossible to get... The beach is beautiful in the summer and highly recommended for families. The inn's specialty is fresh squid sashimi 🦑 You can also change your breakfast to a white squid rice bowl, which I recommend. There was so much delicious food, I was full and satisfied 👍"
Shorenkan Yoshinoya
"There's a large bathing area, and the hot springs are incredibly relaxing. It faces the ocean, and the dinner and breakfast are delicious. I paid extra to try the crab, a seasonal special that you absolutely must try! It's a shame I couldn't see the crab auction!"
Livemax Resort Yuhigaura Kitu Onsen
"The staff at the inn were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious but old. I booked a plan that included breakfast and planned to go to a nearby izakaya in the evening, but most of the izakaya were closed, which was a nuisance."
Hotel Soka
"The location of the hotel is relatively rural. From the road, the building is very low-key, but entering the inside is infected by the warm and elegant atmosphere, especially when you come to the room, the floor-to-ceiling windows on both walls can see the beautiful scenery from the lake sunset, and the sunset time is reflected in the sunset. Dinner is a surprise, the crab meat package is launched in winter, but the Italian cooking method is used, the rich sauce makes the crab meat very delicious, the soup, spaghetti, pancakes are unforgettable, the grilled crab meat is then dipped in the crab paste sauce, rich in layers. Breakfast bread basket scrambled egg cheese, full weight, fresh and healthy. Every staff member. Very proactive and courteous, will nod to say hello until the guests leave. The introduction of the dishes is as hard as possible in English as possible, which made my stay very pleasant. In addition, the hotel also has a hot spring although not big, but because there are not many guests, I am a person to use, open-air massage hot spring can see the lake and the starry sky can enjoy a quiet atmosphere."
Seaside Satake
"The view from the room was beautiful, with the ocean stretching out before us, and the food, especially the fresh seafood, was fantastic. The hot spring was also wonderful, leaving our skin feeling smooth. It would have been even better if we could have seen the ocean from the open-air bath."
Ryori-Ryokan Hamanoya
"I go somewhere every year to eat crab. I always decide to go around January at short notice, so it's often closed. I thought it might be a little old-fashioned, so I went without high expectations. However, the room was a traditional Japanese-style room, but by chance, there was a vacancy and I was upgraded to an ocean view room, which was amazing! They also had a room available, so I was able to enjoy a leisurely meal of a huge amount of crab! They even brought the rice porridge I couldn't finish to my room, so I was able to enjoy it again when I got hungry while drinking in my room, which was great! You can also bring your own alcohol! It's an absolutely wonderful inn! It's the best! (You can also take home any crab you can't finish.) The bath isn't that big, but the bathtub is like a jacuzzi, which was really nice for someone with a sore back. There was also a small open-air bath, so I felt like I was at a hot spring! And best of all, it's open 24 hours a day, which is rare these days! I'm so grateful that I don't have to rush around during bath time!! The breakfast wasn't extravagant, and I'm not the type to eat a hearty meal in the morning, but it was enough. The salted fish served at breakfast was pickled in koji, which was really delicious. I asked the landlady and found out it was homemade, so I bought a few to take home, but my family loved them so much that they were gone in no time, and I wish I had bought more! It's just a regular inn, but the landlady and all the staff were so friendly and helpful, and it was such a great place to stay! I'll definitely return! Since I was there for the crab, they had heaters in the hallways to keep out the cold in the winter, but the shared bathroom was a bit cold because it's old, which is a bit of a downside, but it was worth it! The entire inn was spotlessly clean, and since it was the beginning of the year, we were given toso sake at the front desk. The food and service were far better than at expensive hotels!"
Kyoto Taizaonsen Sumiheiryokan
"Sehr schönes Hotel, Abendessen ist fantastisch, sie bieten kostenlose Sake, Wein und Snacks über den ganzen Tag, Zimmer ist geräumig mit sehr schöner Aussicht! Die private Onsen ist wunderbar !"
Mansukero
"The waiters are superb and the food is of excellent quality."
Tango Resort Hanare Soraharuka
"No joke 😝 I was very impressed with this hotel. The service is good and clean.👍 The location of the hotel is good, the scenery is good, the food is good and the ceremony is good.👍 And the room is large, a bath is also 👍 for living in a sea 😍 everything is super positive 👍"
