Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und hat sich für uns viel Zeit genommen. Sie kennt sich selbst sehr gut auf Isle of Skye aus und hatte tolle Tipps für unsere Ausflüge. Großzügiges und sauberes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und richtig schön angerichtet. Wir bekamen sogar die leckeren garteneigenen Himbeeren und als Betthupferl gab's selbstgemachten Pflaumenlikör.

Fasgath B&B is conveniently located to Eilean Donan Castle and Isle of Skye. Shelagh is a most welcoming hostess who knows the area well and helped us plan our visit to Skye to maximize our time there. The B&B bedrooms are large and thoughtfully furnished. Comfort extras we’ve not seen in most other B&B rooms: 2 sitting chairs, small refrigerator, bathrobes, slippers, magnifying mirror, face cloths, extra toiletries, complimentary whiskey drams. Shelagh is a fantastic gardener and uses her own produce in her wonderful breakfasts when possible. All our subsequent stays are going to suffer by comparison. 5 stars!

Shelagh and Hamish were delightful hosts of their quaint B&B! The room was spacious, clean, complete with a small frig, tea kettle and an ensuite bath. And for an extra treat, there was a little whiskey for us to try! Breakfast was hot and delicious. We will definitely return one day!

What an absolutely fantastic stay! I could not speak more highly of Fasgath B&B and our fantastic host Shelagh! If anyone was born to host people it's her. She was full of great stories, recommendations and made a fantastic breakfast for both my meat-eating husband and my vegetarian self (she even made me love porridge ... did not think that was possible). She also clearly has great relationships in the village and even arranged for a taxi for us for dinner one night courtesy of a taxi driver who also happens to be her lovely neighbour (he was also a delight :) Our accommodations were lovely and had everything we could need but also with some unexpected treats & touches (I won't say here so you can enjoy the surprise like we did). Thanks again Shelagh & just FYI, we're still watching Outlander ;)

I always wanted to stay in such a cosy typical Scottish house like this … and voila … the last 2 nights of my tour I stayed in this little oasis. I had a huge comfortable bedroom and a big bathroom, it seemed like I had my own apartment upstairs. The owner Shelagh absolutely cared about me and prepared every morning a wonderful breakfast. I felt immediately at home. She provided me with lots of local information and I enjoyed her company so much. Everything you need is around, a restaurant, a few take aways and a huge supermarket. Hope to come back soon to this wonderful place. Thanks for everything dear Shelagh!

Shelagh has a beautiful home and goes above and beyond to make your stay with her special. It’s all the little things that show you how much she values her guests: toiletries, mini fridge, slippers and robe, breakfast customized to your appetite rather than the same plate of food for every guest. You will love your stay with her!

Wonderfully knowledgeable hosts; supremely kind and welcoming. The rooms were super clean, location was great for getting to the Isle of Skye, and loved chatting with Shelagh. Honestly, such a great B&B if you’re discovering Skye. Delicious breakfasts every morning- we’re still talking about the fantastic time we had. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Excellent B&B that supported greatly our tour of Skye. The host, Shelagh, was more than just that, she has a wealth of information about the Isles that she happily shares with her guests giving ample suggestions on sites to visit, where to eat, etc. Moreover her B&B is kept to the highest standards of amenities, cleanliness and her attention to details is way beyond industry standard. We spent 2 lovely nights in June at Fasgath B&B. We felt so welcomed by our host Shelagh. She is a joy! She is so helpful and knows all about the area. We really enjoyed chatting with her. This location is great for visiting places in Skye. There is also at Co-op very close by. We picked up takeout for dinner and enjoyed our meal downstairs in the breakfast area. Our room was so comfortable and had absolutely everything we could need or want. She provides her guests with a delicious breakfast. You can select your choices the night before. I highly recommend staying at Fasgath. I know we will absolutely return on our next visit in Scotland. Thanks so much Shelagh!!!
