Courtyard Kuwait City

everything was perfect, however the gym facilities needs a renewal or lets say a buff. They are in good working condition but not meeting my expectation for such a hotel.

Very efficient check in following my arrival from the international airport , please note that the reception is on level 2 and the ground floor is level 0 . A very nice Bonvoy brand hotel and up to the usual high standard , clean , quiet and in a good location,about 20-25 minutes from the airport ( could be longer if you have a lot of red traffic lights as they take a long time to change green . My room was clean and spacious , I could not find any USB sockets but I had my USB equipped travel plug ! Lovely warm / hot shower and plenty of towels , no anti slip mat for the shower. Good wifi signal, very comfortable bed , strong air conditioning, too strong for me , I switched it off for sleeping .Fridge was helpful for chilling soft drinks.Room was well sound proofed from outside noise and good quality black out curtains. I had breakfast , the staff were very attentive courteous and professional as were the front desk / reception staff everyone made me feel welcome. There is a medium sized mall attached to the hotel , I would recommend the Souk Al-Mubarakiya which is nearby. I had a very pleasant stay here at the courtyard thanks to your lovely staff Thank you very much

Loved my two night stay at this hotel which is conveniently located by two malls, close to mubarkiya market and kuwaits grand mosque. Staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, attentive to detail and very polite. I was taken a back by the customer service at this hotel, all staff were lovely. The hotel had a great ambiance and was modern and clean. The Room were fitted with all necessary amenities and house keeping were amazing and always around if you needed anything. The extra club lounge which I didn’t expect to see was a lovely place to relax, have some tea/coffee and watch/read the news. Breakfast was fantastic and consisted an array of options, all fresh. Highly recommend this hotel in Kuwait. A special thank you to Mostafa at concierge for the tips and guides around the city and for helping with the luggage. A special thanks to Nina who made our stay extra special and for ensuring our satisfaction throughout our stay. Looking forward to visiting again
