Room service staff was so arrogant, we checked in at 9:40pm 9:45 we ordered chilly paneer, and order taker at call you want anything else apart from this we are going to close the kitchen, and other orders will be taken after this, i requested him start preparing this send this as starters, and let me see menu and i will call back you in 5 minutes,. And in reply he said no you have to order now or i will take your order, then when order the main course, and requested him to send the staters as before the main course as it take time prepare full meal, because we are hungry, he replied so rudely no order will send in one go as it's to late and staff has to go home they stay whole night for your orders. And disconnected the call and after half an hour when i haven't received my order till 10:30pm i called room service 5-6 times but no one received the call, then i contacted reception and complaint about the same, he service kitchen staff is having dinner they will make your after then are done with thier dinner. And after 1 hours, after the complaint i received my order at around 11:30pm. And food quality was also patathic, worst food i have ever experienced in any hotel before this experience. Only thing is good is rooms.
