Spoiled for choice with the buffet breakfast and dinner, alongside 3 hot springs to use. However, our rooms were quite dusty, especially in the washroom bathtubs and around the toilet basin.

location is great. walkable to the center and you must try a outdoor onsen at the night. It's amazing.

Hotel location great, easy accessible to Kusatsu attractions.  Good breakfast buffet.  Dinner buffet ok.

Overall staying in this hotel was pleasant, and it was of great value considering the package had already included dinner and breakfast buffet. Regarding location, it was a bit far from the bus terminal by walking. It took us about 15 minutes, as the route by Google was not quite correct. The main entrance of the hotel was up on a slope, which was not as easy as we were carrying luggage. Remember to ask the front desk for the password of the back gate. It was a short cut route leading to the main shopping street and the Kusatsu Yubatake. The room was pleasant and clean, a bit too basic. There was only a socket near the tv wall, not close to the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. There was wide range of food in the buffet, with some interesting local dishes. Food was delicious. The hotel also offer free late night snack noodle, which worth trying too.

A bit far away from Bus station but the facilities are great! Both breakfast and dinner buffet are in Nice quality with the affordable price! Free ramen is available after hot spring ! Yummy

Very bad experience, from check in till check out (except F&B staff). Some staff from the front desk were not polite and gave us a long face. Besides, the room was dirty, and the air-con was malfunctioned. Have asked for a fan and an air purifier in order to keep the room temperature at an acceptable level! The view was bad too!!!!!

Love the place!! Food provided is buffet, has a pretty wide spread, allowing us to try all the Kusatsu specialities in one place~~ love the onsen pools as well, thank you for the wonderful memories!

Room is quite small. But the facility is very good especially the onsen.

Near to Yubatake and also the shopping street - the hotel concierge will give you the shortcut to yubatake once you have check in which makes the route easy. The buffet spread for dinner and breakfast is good. Ramen as supper is added benefit ! They are also sister hotels with Daitokan and Kusatsu Onsen Hotel , and guests can use the onsen in the respectives hotel :) , but need to catch the timing

酒店位置尚算易到。 入住日式房一泊二食。 房間一般的寬敞， 溫泉有點舊， 溫泉內只提供風筒， 其他一切欠奉。 酒店有捷徑往畑湯畑， 方便也省時間。 早/晚自助餐， 種類尚算多選擇。

日式住宿風格，晚餐和早餐自助很贊，酒店所帶温泉也不錯，不過更建議去鎮上的三大温泉感受，酒店服務很好，可以寄行李，打電話索要牙刷牙膏很快就送過來了。
