Villa Dislievski

考慮了價格以後，還算可以吧。

Was picked up at Ohrid airport and taken to the Villa, which is located just around the corner from the lake. Villa Disilevski is more like a family visit type of stay, the place is kept spotlessly clean. The small breakfastroom on he ground level also serves as the reception where I was greeted and taken to my room on th 1st floor. The room was exactly as on the pictures. Doublebed with very nice pillows, Smart tv, balcony & a small kitchenette to make a coffee or rinse fruits, cooking as such is not permitted. A small fridge to keep your drinks cool. Bathroom small but new, and with good waterpressure and hot water. Cleaning and changing of towels every day. Wifi was provided, a bit wobbly when guests arrived back from their excursions in the evening. Breakfast was served from 8:30-10AM, and had plenty to choose from, hot and cold items & unlimited coffee/tea :-) Only hiccup for me was that I was not able to pay my stay by card, as it is stated in description. It would not be a problem for me had I known beforehand. I enjoyed Ohrid, and I enjoyed my stay at the Villa Disilevski, and would not have a problem staying again .

It is horrible!! Firstly, he accepts only cash - no receipt provided! Tax evasion at its finest !! Secondly, there is no parking guaranteed for everyone , we needed to park somewhere else. Thirdly, when you have breakfast, he watches you how many pieces you take and he doesn’t let you have more than 1 coffee/tea 🤮 Fortly, the bathroom stinks! And there is a jacuzzi in the room but you need to pay 15eur extra to use it, he really charges every possible small thing. Furthermore, there is a kitchen in the room but you are now allowed to cook - the kitchen is just for “storing fruits and vegetables “. Plus, the house rules are no noise between 23:00-08:00h, but he was annoying at 20:30h for us to be quiet. Overall, the experience was 0/10 so I would highly suggest not to visit it!!!!

One week before our stay, the accommodation cancelled the rooms, allegedly because the credit card details were incorrect, which is not correct as other bookings with the same card did not cause any problems. An alternative room (in a different building) was suggested at the same price of the original booking, but the room turned out to be significantly inferior on arrival (see picture). When we communicated this, we were given a choice: stay and pay the requested price or just leave. This is not the way you treat your "guests".

Les chambres sont propres et la climatisation marche plutot bien. Les petits dejeuners proposés sont mediocres. Pour le même prix, vous aurez mieux dans les alentours. La literie n’est pas top et les draps chauds en été n’ont pas arrangés ma nuit de sommeil. Notre chambre était au 3eme etage sans ascenseur. Ce n’etait pas pratique avec les bagages. Et par dessus tout, ce qui m’a gêné c’est le comportement désagréable du gérant. Je suis venu en voiture et je l’ai garé pendant le séjour dans le parking. Le jour du départ, il nous restait une journée sur Ohrid et juste apres le check out (11:00), il nous a demandé d’enlever la voiture du parking et d’aller se garer sur un parking payant. Il nous a expliqué qu’il ne fallait pas rester là car nous ne séjournions plus dans l’hôtel. Je lui ai demandé juste 2h supplémentaires afin d’aller acheter des souvenirs. Refus catégorique. Je n’ai pas trouvé cela très sympa ni commercial. Les gérants paraîtront très sympathiques pour vous proposer de payer en supplément le petit déjeuner ou de payer en supplément l’utilisation du jacuzzi mais dès qu’il n’y a plus d’intérêt… ils vous mettront à la porte. Je vous conseille donc de trouver mieux. Pour le même prix, vous aurez des personnes plus sympathiques et plus compréhensifs.
