Getting worst, this was my third visit and the cleanliness were getting worst. Small cockroaches in the bathroom, in the cabinet and near the TV area. Really a nightmare. Im okay with old furniture but not ok with their standard of cleaning. Will not stay in this hotel for future business trip. When we arrived even the doorman was just stand up and not helping us to carry out the baggage. Very minimum basic training of hospitality

Das erste Zimmer hatte zerrissene Gardinen. Das Bett hatte eine Mulde in der Mitte und die Federn konnte man fühlen. Das Zimmer war recht dunkel und der Teppich sah unschön aus. Nach ausdrücklicher Beschwerde habe ich ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Das Badezimmer ist schmutzig. Überall Fliegen. Das Waschbecken läuft nicht ab. Der Safe funktioniert nicht. Letzteren wurden erledigt und die Fliegen wurden besprüht mit Gift. Jetzt hingen die toten Fliegen an der Wand. Am nächsten Morgen hatte ich nach der Zimmerreinigung eine erneute Reinigung erbeten. Man hatte auch vergessen die Kaffebecher zu spülen und Wasserflaschen nachzufüllen. Täglich musste die Karte für die Zimmertür neu programmiert werden da sie nicht mehr funktionierte. Es war alles sehr enttäuschend. Der Swimmingpool war nicht zu benutzen da Schwimmgruppen täglich trainiert wurden.

Naraya ist das komfortableste Hotel in Kupang. Die Atmosphäre ist schön, die Zimmer sind auch geräumig und sauber. Vielleicht muss das Essen etwas aktualisiert werden, vor allem über Reis. Der Rest ist lecker. Die Getränke sind lecker. Halten Sie es auf!
