Lily Lagoon Resort

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and both times I was truly impressed by the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I unfortunately can’t remember everyone’s name, but I would like to give a special mention to the lovely French lady at the restaurant who made sure I could enjoy my curry without any spice, the kind English lady who picked me up from the airport, and Yvonne, who kindly arranged a very late check-out so I could rest and recover from a cold before heading to the airport. The rooms are spotless and very pleasant to stay in. The only thing I missed was having a standard window, as I preferred not to leave the curtain open on the French window for privacy. All in all, I definitely recommend this hotel — the care and attention from the team truly make a difference!

Stayed in powered site with water for 3 days ,new management,been on for 4 weeks doesn't know how to use big4 gift cards chased him down a few times to process payment. The pool is lovely to use But BUT the showers and toilets are from Roman days and are Soo tired and dirty looking understand they are going through a Reno .no cafe open .and the washing machine was free to use
