Our family enjoyed our stay here. The location is central and convenient, it is directly connected to the golden Eagle shopping mall and short walking distance to the nearby shopping malls and NanPing street.

The hotel is in a good location however, the staff are professional but not very helpful except one lady at the front desk and the housekeeping staff they are amazing. Everyone else kinda stuck up and not willing to answer questions or even help with simple delivery address. But if your not the easily upset type it's a good hotel in a great part of town.

Clean hotel, slightly outdated but was fine for us. Good location, you are in city centre but can sleep very quietly and peaceful at night. I would come again and stay here.

I thought this hotel was good value for money, considering its 5 stars and location in downtown Kunming. The room was spacious and the bathroom was well appointed, with a lovely bath(with very hot water which I often find lacking) and a shower with great water pressure. The only downsides were that I found the room itself(not the bathroom) to be a bit outdated in terms of the fixtures and fittings. Also, the gentleman who checked me in wasn’t particularly friendly. He couldn’t speak English(which is not a problem at all, although I would expect it in a five star hotel) but he didn’t say a word to me throughout the entire check in process until he gave me my key. There’s much more to communication than just language and I felt his customer service skills were a bit lacking considering his position on a reception desk.

酒店位置好，周圍熱鬧繁華，很多網紅打卡點，停車和出行也很方便。服務很不錯，熱情主動，前台小肖很專業，推薦了很豐富的逛街路線，酒店房間很大，衞生也讓人放心，性價比高，很滿意，下次還來！

這個酒店訂的非常滿意。 首先地點非常好，如果來昆明站一腳然後想去雲南其他城市就可以在老街附近住一晚 這樣老街上的景點也都逛到了，還能感受到昆明這坐城市的文化特色。 樓下都是好吃的。出門也方便，周邊打車地鐵都很方便。 房間很大，有浴缸，提供小童洗漱用品。而且服務也不錯，要兩瓶水一會就送來了。 當然是老酒店了，對設施要求不要太高。

酒店地址非常棒，距離南屏步行街很近，旁邊離地鐵站不到一公里，出行、購物品嚐美食都很方便，酒店服務人員熱情周到，16樓的樓層的衞生保潔人員盡職盡責！早餐豐富，水果每天都有更新，品種多樣，下次還會選擇。

設施：確實是很多年的老五星了，設施已經跟不上了。近幾天昆明降温中央空調竟然不提供暖風也是很省了……床品衹是一床很薄很薄的被子。 環境：樓下就是商場，周邊吃的逛的很豐富 衞生：衞生還行， 服務：樓層響應速度還是比較慢的，連住兩天沒感受到續住打掃。
