Xi'erman Hotel (Haile World Branch, Guandu District, Kunming)

If you have more options, definitely I wouldn’t recommend you to book on this hotel. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff is kind, if you need something they will try to help you. The room… what can I say. There are worse places, but for the money that it was, it’s not worth. Even the hotel is from 2023 (at least this is what Trip.com says), the rooms looks much more older, walls/floors are dirty and many stuffs are broken (you can check yourself on pictures) The breakfast is not good. There is only little breads, glutinous rice, cold noodles, sweat potato and one industrial cake. There is no milk (we asked for it and they hadn’t), there is no coffee… WARNING: Trip.com says breakfast is under payment as “extra”, and for high members it is a “gift” but this is not true. This kind of poor breakfast is a free breakfast for all the guests in the hotel, so do not think that there is a decent breakfast as it’s under payment because it’s just a free poor thing for every guest.

設施設備很齊全，裏面什麼都有，大堂還配了自助飲水機，茶几上每天放的花也不一樣，很漂亮。酒店環境很不錯，地理位置也好，就在海樂世界，離世紀城也很近，去哪兒都很方便，前台小姐姐也是每天都面帶微笑，服務熱情，有問題都幫我處理了。客房衞生打掃的也乾淨，住進去還是比較舒服，總體感覺還是滿意，主要價格划算，性價比高，還會再來

酒店風格簡約温馨，價格也很划算，正好在市中心選擇了一個住的地方，比較安靜，離我需要去的地方很近。整體來説位置可以而且價格合適，我們很喜歡的是這塊的服務，都是年輕漂亮的小姐姐，很用心也很可愛。 住的時候點了外賣結果忘記了，結果涼了前台小姐姐看到了特意幫我加熱，還送了熱咖啡，真是滿滿的感動！ ！！ 點十萬個贊

酒店大堂裝修的很不錯，是我喜歡的風格。前台服務很好，給我免費升級了房型，房間衞生乾淨，也很寬敞，設施齊全，空調也很給力，住的舒服。性價比超高，值得我推薦一下

一進大堂就很高大上的感覺，像新開業的，房間裏該有的也都有了，乾淨整潔，性價比很高。自助早餐品種很多，wifi 信號也不錯， 密碼通用很方便，停車場停車也很方便，前台小姑娘服務態度也很好，酒店住宿也很安靜，贊

位置很好找，前台小姐姐笑容特別美，房間寬敞舒適温馨，看着窗外熙熙攘攘的車輛，傍晚日落的時候陽光照在床上特別温暖…很滿意的一次入住，強烈推薦

酒店環境整潔，還有停車場很大，房間佈局也是堪稱完美，優雅又不失情調，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。給我營造了一種家的感覺，主要是價格還很合理。
