Radisson Resort and Spa Lonavala

Ok. We had bad experiences with the lady at restaurant but name me. Lipu. Really helped us out and we had excellent hospitality from him. Food was good the Thai curry and rice. Thanks so much. But arrogant ness was definitely not acceptable. 🙏

Customer service was great. Very helpful and Lipu was very attentive. He made sure we were having a great meal and time together as family. He went above and beyond in his efforts and services. We will definitely look forward to coming back. Chef was very professional.

The thing that attracts us is the quality of service at the radisson group .the villas given to us were great but to begin with the doors are not sound deadening, and a lot of steps for our aged parents to walk . The rooms theem selves were fabulous but the designing of the them need to be planned carefully, the best part was the jacuzzi brilliant, room service was excellent. The restaurant management was amazing and the greeting y adding manager Gaivree was exceptional, her guidance her greetings, we loved the room and the beds fabulous and of course the television which didn't have a steloete network which was funny.why villa owners were not given complimentary baskets for entry, then a bottle of wine, Chocolates a lot to be desired. The food is fabulous the taste, variety needs to increase. A thoughtful touch was trhe games room for kids , superbly done and one thing which struck me was we snacking in the evening and we ordered some cocktails from bar , to my shock they were trying to hide the happy hours and thr one of thr drinks "had human hair on the ice and inside the drink shocking. The overall all experience was near the best and looking forward to.comign again.

I loved the presidential suite because of the spaciousness and very thoughtful interior design. During our stay most of our requests and problems were met with quick and prompt solutions and service. I would mention Mr. Anurag at the front desk who was exceptionally hospitable. Food and service at the restaurants was good as well, I would mention Mr. Akash’s service ***** with the others who were equally prompt and well mannered.I would recommend this place for its hospitality, quick and prompt service, neat , clean and spacious rooms. What I would like to mention in addition is that the hotel was very family friendly if that is your lookout, moreover I liked that they took care to have a separate smoking zone which does not bother the people who would want to remain exempt from it. The restaurants and bars are very big and spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating. Hotel Chauffeur Mr. Kisan also require a special mention who was very friendly, cooperative and polite. Looking forward to come here again with my family.

We had an incredible experience during our stay in Lonavala last week. The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, food, and activities. The property is beautifully maintained, with attention to every detail ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for guests. The amenities were fantastic, and we enjoyed watching movies at night, playing indoor games, and having a great time with badminton. A special shoutout to the courteous and professional staff, especially Anushka and Gaurvee at the help desk and Indrajeet from housekeeping, who made our stay even more comfortable. Also would like to mention - Mayur, who oversees activities and leads treks to the nearby hill. His insights into the local flora and fauna were fascinating and made us appreciate the beauty of the place even more. A memorable highlight was the thoughtful gesture by the staff, who gifted our daughter a bag of chocolates and shared a Polaroid photo with us as a keepsake. We are already looking forward to our next visit and highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!
