Dieses Hotel ist erstaunlich! Ich bleibe mit meiner Familie und der Ort ist nur spotless. Liebe das große Badezimmer zwei Tauchen verfügbar! Nicht mit dem Outdoor-Arsch beginnen und das war fantastisch nach einem langen Fahrtag. Das Frühstück ist großartig und der Ort ist in der Nähe von Geschäften, wir schließen ein Abendessen im Kumamoto Food Stall. Gemütliches Zimmer, schöne Betten, Netflix und YouTube im TV, Kaffee und Tee und kostenlose Einrichtungen für Gäste zu genießen.

Die Lage war gut, es ist sehr nahe einem Einkaufsviertel mit Restaurants. Zimmer war sauber. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und ich mag, dass sie neben der Rezeption sogar sofort Suppe (kostenlos für Hotelgäste) anbieten. Abgesehen von einigen Punkten auf dem Service als Empfangsmitglied gab meine Mutter die Haltung, wenn sie gefragt, wie die Waschmaschine betrieben werden soll.

Gute Lage mit Shopping Arcade direkt neben ihr! Viele gute Geschäfte wie Mister Donut, Gindaco. Wandern entfernt von den meisten Attraktionen wie Kumamoto Castle und berühmte Ramen. Eine große Auswahl an Selbstentnahme-Ausstattung (Zähnebürste, Reiniger, Körpersponge, Komb, Tee, Kaffee usw.) und spezielle Ausstattung wie Haarkurler, Latex-Kleidung, Strombank, Schuhtrockner und vieles mehr! Einfache digitale Selbstkontrolle mit Personalhilfe. Gute Frühstückssortiment und saubere Umgebung. Gepäckspeicherung mit Frontdesk ist auch einfach! Parken Guide Brochure verfügbar. Kostenlose Käsegran snack beim Einchecken. Sehr empfehlenswert für jeden hier zu bleiben!

Very good location. The room is spacious and well designed for the price. It has a nice window view of the shopping mall across. Highlight of my stay was the public bath, they have both indoor and outdoor baths, which were clean and thoughtfully designed. Definitely a place I would come back for!

Perfect location at heart of Kumamoto, full of retail and dining facilities nearby; But slightly indirect circulation (Take lift to mall 2/F, then take shuttle lift to 10/F hotel reception, then take lift down to hotel room floors) Room quite small but comfy, luckily with a view of Kumamoto Castle Parking at affiliated carpark, with discounted fare for hotel guest ($1200yen)

Sehr empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Das Hotel liegt auch in der Nähe der Shimotori Shopping Arcade und einem großen Einkaufszentrum. Das Schloss ist auch in Gehstrecke. Die Hotellobby hat eine ganze Reihe von Kumamon für Fotoaufnahme.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was pristine, with high-quality toiletries provided. The hotel's location was convenient, offering easy access to local attractions and transportation. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and outstanding place to stay, this is it. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

The location is good with lots of eateries around. The room for 3 adults is spacious and all needed is provided. Parking is 1,200 yen and no multiple entries during your stay. toilet bowl is a little dated with stains but still functioning well. Staff is patient even though English not fluent.

Please aware if you decide to park at Nikko, they offer parking at 13:30-next day 1130 , unlimited access for 1500 yen. We didn't know that, and we got into the parking at. 1315, the hotel reception told us that we need to pay extra hour because of it. When we checked out, they told us they waived the extra hour fee cause they should have informed us. Hotel is decent, clean n in good location. Service is well and staff are very helpful.

Great location, close to main bus terminal snd shopping district.  Friendly staffs and was anle to offer luggage storage pre/post check in/out.  Onsite hot springs was so nice and relaxing, with complimentary yogurt drinks and ice cream after the bath.  Room was clean and quite spacious.  Definitely will stay again
