Eine große Auswahl an Selbstentnahme-Ausstattung (Zähnebürste, Reiniger, Körpersponge, Komb, Tee, Kaffee usw.) und spezielle Ausstattung wie Haarkurler, Latex-Kleidung, Strombank, Schuhtrockner und vieles mehr! Einfache digitale Selbstkontrolle mit Personalhilfe. Gute Frühstückssortiment und saubere Umgebung. Gepäckspeicherung mit Frontdesk ist auch einfach! Parken Guide Brochure verfügbar. Kostenlose Käsegran snack beim Einchecken. Sehr empfehlenswert für jeden hier zu bleiben!

JJustin L.This hotel is amazing! I stay with my family and the place is just spotless. Loved the large bathroom two sinks available!
Dont get me started with the outdoor onsen and that was fantastic after a long day of driving.
Breakfast is great and the place is within walking distance to the shopping centers, we end up having dinner at the Kumamoto Food stall.
Cosy place, nice beds, Netflix and YouTube available on the TV, coffee and tea and free amenities for guest to enjoy.

RRonathan LeeLocation is superb, just 1-2 min walk to Kumamoto station and AMU Plaza. Plenty of eating choices. Room size is great, but comes at a price. Room amenities working fine, room cleaning service is ¥1000/day. Tram and bus stops to places of interest are convenient and close to hotel. Overall a good hotel stay.

CCarey LautlDie Lage ist sehr gut, vor der Station Kumamoto, amu ist direkt neben der Station, sehr bequem. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, sondern sauber und gemütlich, das Frühstücksmahl ist ok, und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

SSimYenHotel direkt vom Bahnhof A, am Ende der Shopping Street Shimatori. In der Nähe von Sakura Machi, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Schloss Kumamoto. Hotel ist neu und sauber, es gibt Wasch- und Schließeinrichtungen, um Ihr Gepäck zu verlassen.

TTraveller CI stayed at this hotel twice. The second time (this booking) we had a room on the older (?) wing and it was almost twice the size of the first one. So for this review I will only share feedback on this “older” room.
This room was big and thus good for us as we had 2 large luggage and more space in the room allowed us to open and pack our luggages with ease.
The bathroom was large with the large traditional bathtub. Toilet had bidet and etc but lacked heating which made it very cold in the winter. Basin tap was still the old turn types which was not eco friendly as it’s more difficult to shut it off.
Location was just opposite the train station which was excellent. But the nearest convenience store is also only at the train station which is about a 5-7mins walk away.
Breakfast was curated to suit the Japanese palette more and ends at 9a.m which is really way too early!!
We left something behind in the hotel but they managed to send the item back to us at our new hotel (still in Japan) which was highly appreciated.
Despite a few minor shortcomings listed above, the pros still outweigh the cons and I’ll definitely be happy to stay here again.

GGastnutzerRoom was spacious, but very dark and only has 1 proper chair and a low table, so everything has to be put on the floor. Parking is not provided and front desk is not helpful in explaining the public carpark options. Breakfast was pathetic (just a packed sandwich), so don't opt for that.

GGastnutzerSehr ruhiger Ort und in der Nähe der Bahnhof und ein großer Mall und Busterminal!! Ich werde dieses Hotel wieder auswählen, wenn ich nach Kumamoto komme!! Kann einfach in 5min zu Fuß zur Walking Street gehen!!!!

GGastnutzerI honestly do not know where to start, I booked the hotel without really knowing much about Kumamoto Prefecture. After arriving in Kumamoto City and then realising Ueki Onsen is another 40 minute bus ride I was thinking oh dear where am I staying. After arriving at the hotel I was greeted by the manager of the hotel who showed me to my room and gave me a tour of the facilities. Once settled in I realised there isn't great public transport around and I primarily wanted to see Beppu and Yufuin during my stay, I enquired with the manager on where I might be able to rent a car, with little to no Japanese language under my belt he took it upon himself to reserve a vehicle for me and offered to drive me himself to collect it. He then also said he would take me back to return it a few days later. After my trips to Beppu and Yufui village (Not to be missed) and not to miss the outstanding and beautiful surroundings in Uekimachi and the Aso region. The manager and I set off to return my hire car, on the way back he took me to Kikuchi shrine to pray and also gifted me coffee and cake. They also accommodated me with use of the on site onsen (amazing) after hours as I'm heavily tattooed. I feel truly grateful to have found this hidden gem of rural Japan and if you are thinking of traveling this great country I emplore you to go off the beaten path. I experienced untold kindness during my stay and have memories of a life time. Thank you so much guys
