Arrangements for Group Tour: The arrangements for our group tour were not handled well. There were significant delays and disorganization in check-in, and the resort did not seem equipped to accommodate the number of guests. This led to confusion and unnecessary waiting, which was very frustrating after a long journey. Staff Behavior: The hotel staff was not professional or helpful during our stay. Multiple requests for basic amenities, such as drinking water and toiletries, went unaddressed. On several occasions, we had to follow up multiple times before receiving any assistance. The staff seemed uninterested in providing timely service, which left us feeling neglected. Service Quality: In addition to the poor staff interaction, the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the rooms were also disappointing. For a resort of this caliber, I expected better attention to detail in both housekeeping and dining services. In conclusion, the experience was far from what I had hoped for, especially considering the high expectations set by the resort's promotional materials. I would recommend the management take immediate steps to improve both the guest experience and staff training to avoid similar issues for future visitors.
