Das Hotel war einfach zu finden und das Servicepersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und hell. Es ist die IOI-Maschinen nur diagonal gegenüber dem Hotel, das großartig war. Die Aeon-Maschinen sind auch ca. 5 Minuten Fahrt entfernt.

We were looking for a hotel that is near to the airport. Booked there deluxe king and saw the review regarding about the noise pollution. We decided to proceed anyway but however it was unbearable as our flight is 7am and we have to check out by 5am. Though just a short hours layover, I'd hope management will take this feedback importantly. There's no amenities such as toothbrush (which is very important). you get what you pay!

I was staying here as my friend suggested me this hotel to stay during my trip to a wedding ceremony at Kulai. I'm surprised that the lobby have quite refreshing smell with good ambience. This trip to Kulai and staying in this hotel totally blows my mind. -Each floor have water dispenser just in case 2 bottles in room weren't sufficient enough for those who are drink a lot. -They have complimentary chips and chocolate wafer, black coffee and tea with creamer. I wasn't expected that all rooms have mini bar in it and safety box -They provided praying mat for guest with kiblat in room, which is quite thoughtful and Muslim Friendly. -Curtains are fully blacked out. Bed are super duper comfy with 4 big fluffy pillows ! Had a great sleep during my solo trip -Iron with iron board are provided as well with hairdryer in bathroom. -They've amenities kits such as Shampoo, Shower Gel, Comb, toothbrushes and toothpaste,cotton bud and cotton pad, Shaving kit,and sanitary bag. Which surprise me as well because other 3 star hotel that i'ved stay most of it only prepared shower gel and shampoo and toothbrushes. -Breakfast buffet was amazing with adequate choices which is not just nasi goreng,mee goreng,fried chicken, egg ,nasi lemak just like 3 stars other hotels. I was told by receptionist that the buffet menu are different everyday. I've enjoyed their Salted Egg fried rice and KungPao Chicken. Their kuih muih and some sliced cake as desserts are amazing too but too sweet for me as I didnt have sweet tooth. -It was safe at night as there are security at the entrance and I saw notice in lift that the door locked starting 8:00pm. Only those guest with room card are able to enter. Another bonus : - Many eateries nearby with Aeon Mall just around 3-5 minutes walking distance. Have many banks nearby withing 5-10 minutes walking distance. -Can get Grab and Foodpanda easily. But Foodpanda are unable to send food to our room for safety purpose. They only can wait for us in the lobby. Although it is quite pricey depends on individual budget, but for the breakfast included are worthy. Downside is that hard to find parking space as it is a shop lot hotel. Only 1 washroom in lobby. Too many mirrors

Der Rezeptionist ist freundlich und hilfreich beim Einchecken im Hotel, aber wenn ich ins Zimmer komme, bin ich enttäuscht über die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Ich sah Kaffee steinigen, als ich die Tür öffnete. Ich vermute, der Hausmeister, der das Zimmer an diesem Tag reinigt, trinkte Kaffee im Zimmer während das Zimmer reinigt und versehentlich den Kaffee auf dem Boden ohne vorherige Ankündigung abgegeben. Ich gehe sofort zur Rezeption und bring diese Frage zum Rezeptor. Sie nehmen schnell einen Mop und Mop es und entschuldigen. Ich war eine Art Enttäuschung über die Reinigkeit dieses Hotels. Sofort macht es mich fühlen wie das Bett und die Kissen sauber? hat der Hausmeister tatsächlich auf ihm geschlafen? Ich bin auch ein Hotelier und arbeite seit mehr als 7 Jahren in dieser Industrie, ich weiß, dass das nicht ein 5-star Hotel Ich sollte nicht viel erwarten, aber grundlegende Reinigungsstandard ist in jedem Hotel erforderlich, unabhängig von welcher Star des Hotels Sie laufen. Das ist alles über Hygiene. Ich denke, das Hotel muss ihre Hausaufbewahrung Schulungen anbieten und diese Frage ernst nehmen, um diesen Vorfall wieder zu vermeiden. Ich hatte erwartet, dass ich zumindest eine Aufrüstung oder eine Komplimentar für diese Nacht bekommen würde, aber sie entschuldigen sich und gehen weg. Um ehrlich zu sein mit dem vollen Preis für diesen Service, werde ich das nicht schätzen.

It’s located near to Senai International Airport and easy access to the airport by using Grab / taxi etc. it’s located near with delicious curry house restaurant.

Das Hotel check-in und das Hotel-out-Verfahren war schnell. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und untergebracht. Sie haben ihren Sahar-Buffet getestet und würden lieber, wenn es mehr Variante (d. h., Omelette, Porridge, westliche Stationen) wären. Es waren hauptsächlich Brot und Reis Gerichte, die ich persönlich nicht rechtfertigten den höheren Preispunkt als normale Frühstücksbuffets, die mehr Variabilität hatten. Aus meinem Zimmer war eine große Aussicht mit Acren Pflanzungsfelder. Es gab auch eine anständige Menge von Geschäften in der Nähe (d. h., Dobi/Waschmaschine, Komfortgeschäfte, Kedai runcit, kfc in der Nähe).

On our first day trip to the resort, all staffs are friendly especially when we arrived we’re feel welcomed! And others knew their priorities. The room is very cosy just that we need a microwave. Very spacious and tidy. The other side of a pool is phenomenal! But the enviroment was not totally completed as there are still under construction below. Food wise was good but need more varities likes malay kueh2, desert and more luxury taste. Other than that, overall it was just good for a family trip. Thumbs up to all!

The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpfull. Thank you to Executive Puan Sarimah Sapwi on your kind helpfull. I was here attending company training. What I want to say is it the ballroom is very spacious and comfort. The room ia a sound proof. The food is very good and deliciuos. It is variety and very tastefully. The High tea also very good especially a mee goreng mamak. Overal is very good.

Rein und einfach zu finden über GPS. reichlich Lebensmittel zu wählen. Freundliches Servicepersonal.

Ich bin sehr gemütlich, wenn es um Budget Hotel geht. Aber nicht für Ich bin Jazz Boutique Hotel. Wir haben gerade ein Geschäftsfeld in Pasir Gudang und brauchen häufiger Website-Besuch. Was ich sagen kann, war es sehr schön und sauber Boutique Hotel. Geräumiges Zimmer (Deluxe King Room) mit sehr vernünftiger Preis (RM 110). Wird sicher wieder hier sein, da es mehr Treffen in Pasir Gudang gibt.
