Bird of Paradise Homestay

Extremely badly maintained property. We were told the treehouse was an experience we shud take by a so called Captain Himalayan (Naushad). The pictures they are floating is of the time they newly began. Please do not make the mistake of booking this place. For some reason I'm unable to upload the pics. The pool had no water when we arrived and was being filled at 4 pm. It had several insects, bidis, cigarette leftovers etc., The room was dirty as hell only the bed was made with damp linen. Even after mentioning that my two year old is allergic to dust which results into an asthmatic attack. The bathroom is stinky n full of black moss over the plastic carpet. The flush doesn't work. While getting down the stairs between the two rooms the steps gave way as in it moved leading me to fall. We had issues with the lights as they were flickering. TV wasn't working. N there was no electricity in one of the rooms when we arrived n had to wait for 2 hours to have it fixed. The caretakers n staff were drunk at 6 pm itself. This property may have been good but currently is worst than a shanty. We took off in no time from there. The owners are so horrible that even after complaining n explaining our plight they didn't do much n also ate my advance amount that I had paid of rupees 3000.
