The hotel is located next to Boulevard Shopping Mall with lots of shops, restaurants and food center. Hotel Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but menu should be improved.

Location’s good. The hotel resides above a slightly run down mall— there is a pizzeria and a cafe. There is a well-stocked supermarket just outside ground floor’s lift that closes at around 9pm. There’s also a shopping mall at the opposite of the hotel. Apartment is well-lighted. There’s ample windows for sunlight to shine through in the day. At night, with the warm lamps the apartment feels cozy. Pantry includes light utensils. The sink and refrigerator is big enough. A kettle and a jug was provided but the jug seemed dirty. The shower floor was slimy/oily and we had to wait until the next day for housekeeping. Housekeepers were polite. I did not like my check-in experience; the staff that checked us in took his time in settling his affairs while we stood there waiting for him. Parking costs were also not conveyed properly by another staff— we were only partially informed about parking, which is only free if you park in the basement. The lady that checked us out were pleasant. Overall— good location, cleanliness can be better and service should be improved. For this price point the stay was satisfactory.

Looks 4 stars from outside and the lobby but the rooms do need an overhaul and thorough wipe-down. Booked a suite and it was huge but space not utilised properly and had odd corners and mismatched (ugly/dated, more like). Alot of dust on overhead shelves so if you flick dustballs scatter and fall like large snowflakes only they are grey and fuzzy. carpet was so stained i automatically uttered: omg somebody was murdered here when i entered and got scolding from family. But for the pricepoint, there really shouldnt be complaints. it is quite cheap - even considering kuching prices. oh the kitchen was dark but the fact that there even was a kitchen at this price shd be a huge consolation - even if the freezer was mouldy and there was a layer of water collecting. But other than these physical attributes, service was pretty good. counter staff were polite and accommodating. no breakfast included in price but it is very cheap. even that we didnt have bfast there cos the restaurant looked a bit sad with no customers eating there. Location-wise - its convenient, near shopping mall and the new pedestrian bridge over kuching river. and just a short distance from the river promenade. Oh, stayed during the mooncake festival fiesta which was located within walking distance - 2 blocks down road so was a very convenient stay. Beds were comfortable and surprisingly clean so that's all that mattered at the end of the day. We were comfortable after all said.

Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm, es war gemütlich und sauber. Frühstück war hervorragend und unglaublich variiert. Das Hotelteam hat immer freundlich, geduldig und hilfreich gewesen. Vorteile: Die Lage ist gut. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön, wenn Sie ein Zimmer mit Flussblick wählen. WLAN ist schnell genug. Trinkwassermaschine (warm und kalt) auf dem Flur, sehr praktisch. Das Bett ist bequem. Nachteile: 1.Weniger Parkplätze. 2. Fühlen Sie sich beim Einchecken nicht willkommen. Vielleicht ist das Geschäft dieses Hotels gut genug. 3.Preis für das Frühstück nicht wert. Essen schmeckt so lala nur, weniger Abwechslung. Die Sauberkeit der Restaurants muss verbessert werden. Fliegen, staubige Glasfenster. 4.Benötigen Sie eine Zugangskarte, wenn Sie den Aufzug zum Zimmer nehmen. Für Familienreisende nicht geeignet.

Guter Ort zum übernachten. Etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Aber ist mit Greifer oder Auto erreichbar. Gute Aussicht. Schöne Umgebung. Geräumiges Zimmer.
