Clean and big room, 1 thing i unhappy is when i check in get the room access card reach the room and the door cannot open, i chenge the access card twice, go up and down twice at the end the she pass to other guy to help, and the guy change the room for me. One more thing is the counter girl face like i own her many money not even smile when serve or meet the customer, hotel facilities all good

The room is okay, the view is great but quite disappointed with the service. No comb, toothbrush and toothpaste provided in the room. Call the front desk and asked them to deliver to the room but they did not send it..

The only convenience is close to BCCK, can walk across the busy road for 5min to reach BCCK. Need transport to reach the city which is about 15min away with reasonable fares. However it might not be easy to get a ride back to hotel at late night with high cancellation rates. Room size is good for 2 persons, basic amenities equipped. However the cleanliness needs to be further improvements (ants in room and bathroom has little unpleasant smell). Breakfast is fair, reasonable variety, recommended for travellers who can’t wake up early/ would like to avoid traffic jam in early to the town for local delicacies. Price is rational and affordable if you are looking for a stay close to BCCK.

The hotel check in is smooth and easy and the staffs are mostly friendly. The breakfast buffet is ok and acceptable. Only one restaurant is open and the rest were closed ( Chinese restaurant, pool side dinning). I believe this is due to lack of hotel guests . Don’t think will go there again for staycation.

There are plates scattered outside several rooms and no housekeeping team collecting them even after almost 24 hours during my stay. The housekeeping job at our room was a bit slacks, with stains found on the desk below the vanity mirror, as well as spots on the bedsheet. There are no toothbrush, no slippers provided and probably because it was during the hari raya holidays and the hotel is understaffed. Despite that, the view was nice, and in terms of coziness I would rate it some where in the middle.

There are Few pro and con for this hotel March 2025 Comment:- Pro 1. The view are stunning 2. Pool are warm with pool heater apply. The swimming pool water are clean. 3. The air conditioner are cold enough and the room are well maintained. 4. Mini market inside the hotel and few vending machines. 5. Breakfast are delicious however with selective choice (Buffet style). Con 1. Chinese Restaurant - closed down, Executive Lounge - Closed down, Sky lounge - Closed down. 2. Hot Water - not suificient for long bath, I have to boil water with kettle 4 times to ensure i have a warm bath. After that I need wait 1 hours just have a hot bath. 3. The area far away I need drive 25 minutes before reach to Tabuan Jaya to buy cake and also fast foods. If you want enjoy bath and environment, here is the best place.

Room is clean, breakfast is good, swimming pool, sauna & gym are accessible during the stay. However sauna for men not hot at all. No locker provided for sauna & swimming pool. But it was a worth to stay!

Dusty on cabinet and curtains in room. Room inside is wet, floor is sticky. Service desk not friendly, bathroom quite smelly. Air vent is creepy as in u can see empty space quite big for a person to stay in. NEED TO IMPROVE ON HYGENE .

Enjoy our staycation at UCSI Hotel and this is the best moment for us.

The room needed work. Marks on wall but to leaks. Staff friendly. A good Ramadan buffet with very nice staff. Pool was great, I was only one using it. Chinese resturant not open and resturant full when raining so limited for dinner. Used room service, came in no time.
