They arrange a quite room for me as per requested. Appreciate it! The room was nice and cozy, amenities provided, just the linen and towels in the room a bit old.

Great location. Access to a lot of places. Kuching Esplanade is just in front of the hotel. You can find nice food on foot. It is just that most shops close very early Friendly staff as they will smile whenever you walk past them. Choose the river view if you want to have a nice view like mine but this means that it will be noisy at times, especially at night. The only bad thing about my room is the toilet flashing system is not strong. Breakfast was ok but very simple. It will be good if they can provide buffet style.

perfect location exactly in middle of Kuching City, near to the famous Kuching Waterfront. Crew is wonderfull, polite and always there for help. Security also great specially during night time only guest with key can enter the hotel. good joh.

The room is spacious but the bathtub is missing the stopper for room 105. Had requested the staff to fix it but no action taken

Absolutely the best place to stay in Kuching. We stayed for six nights and enjoyed every minute. The hotel is beautifully decorated and furnished with local designs incorporated, creating a very pleasant environment. Comfortable bed and a great shower. Rooms at the front have a great view over to the government assembly building. Location of the hotel on the waterfront couldn’t be better. Good breakfast and nice evening meals available. There is a linked vegan cafe which does great lunches (note that hotel food is not just vegan). Even better though are the staff who make a lovely hotel even better.

Avoid, beautiful room in roof however extremely hot, whilst it has air conditioning this is extremely noisy and requires replacement by a quiet more effective system, which would include better insulation. The bedding and towels were grey with wear and tear. After a most uncomfortable night with no sleep the breakfast was the worst breakfast I have ever been offered in a hotel or hostel. It was vegan, all the bread was served frozen, even the rolls which had to be put through the toaster once to allow you to cut in half then toast again. The only spread was a most unpleasant (?) margarine, sweet (?) peanut butter, a nameless sweet jam. One could choose a cooked dish to order, we chose French toast. It was inedible, extremely greasy served with a sliced banana and lots of chocolate sauce - which we had not asked for. When I asked for a banana to eat as there was nothing else I could eat I was told none were available. They did give me an apple. (The fruit for the whole hotel was approximately 2 sliced pawpaw, 1 small pineapple - brown throughout the middle. The 'milk' was also extremely unpleasant so one could not even have a hot drink of choice.
