Good place and location to stay. There is new menu for breakfast and lunch. Near to Padungan Road.

My go to hotel if i have event in Kuching town. clean and cozy hotel, the room also big 💯

I'm traveling with my parents so we took a Deluxe Triple Room. Room was nice and clean, spacious as well. During the booking I did mention to have a quiet room. Everything was fine during check in, staff is very friendly and helpful. Since the booking comes with 3 pax breakfast, we were given 3 pcs of RM25 voucher to redeem breakfast the next day. Everything went fine untill the next morning, first of all, the giant exhaust which was just right outside our room start operating at 7am, its very noisy and loud, we couuld not even continue our rest. Then once we head for breakfast, its even more funny. The cafe is a very decent western cafe, but if not mistaken, cheapest hot meal on menu is RM27, without drink, latte was RM10 or RM12, I forgot. So basically you will need to pay if u want a breakfast, and it took more then 30min for our breakfast to be served. No nearby restaurant around the hotel. Especially with elderly, not very friendly. Not a good experience for us, for sure will go for other option next time.

The hotel is very conveniently located, a great central base to travel anywhere easily. They also provided a voucher for the café under the hotel, which was a nice touch, as it is high quality with good food and a pleasant atmosphere.

Friendly staff, clean room with windows. Enjoy their in-house café by embar with daily complimentary coupon dir each guest valued at MYR 25. Could be used from breakfast to afternoon tea. Pretty good deal and quality.

really nice, perhaps will be my go to hotel whenever i go to kch. location is really strategic and ember cafe downstairs is really amazing. keep in mind if you got the windowless room, always keep track of time 😂

Cozy room with fully accommodated amenities. Breakfast vouchers are given at check-in for Embers Cafe. Food was great and very fulfilling to start the day. Only downsides is that the location of the hotel is close to a busy road, so you can hear vehicles at night. However, booking a room with no windows does help to reduce the noise.

A Hotel that next to downtown of kuching. Food are all over the surrounding. Late night supper stall just over the street and taste very local Not bad 7/10

The service is okay, no comment on that. the cleanliness, the floor is clean, no dust. its just that I'm concern with the bedsheet. as i have a rush on the first night, not sure if the bedsheet or the towel. For the bath foam, they didn't refill it, its empty and the soap bar is hard. even the toothbrush seem quite old. The location is very good and since it's near to the St Peter, Padungan Street and Chans Article shop. Facilities - no soundproof. as can hear a motorbike, I have hardly to sleep due to the *rempit* at night until 3 am +++

Environment wise so nice and cozy. Got some part of the room that should be fixed. The cafe downstairs also nice

Strategic location. My room is without window but still bright even though the lights were all off. The light from corridor can see thru toilet window. So for those need to sleep in all dark need to be consider about this issue
