Location, Cleanliness & Amenities: This hotel boasts one of the most convenient and fantastic locations imaginable. It's close to all the key areas, with popular attractions just 15 to 20 minutes away. The room was incredibly comfortable and cozy, spotless, and fresh. From the moment we entered the hotel until we reached our room, everything was perfect, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and we already miss the hotel! I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the rooms inviting and fresh throughout our stay. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing a clean, comfortable environment for its guests. The common areas were also well-maintained, contributing to the hotel’s welcoming vibe. The attention to detail in cleanliness really enhanced our stay, making it even more enjoyable and relaxing. Service: The service at this hotel was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the Front Desk team, including Mr. Riduan, Ms. Aida, Ms. Ain, Ms. Aishah, Ms. Aimi, Ms. Syafikah, Mr. Adam, and Ms. Syafiqah. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful suggestions and regularly checking in to ensure our comfort. Their kindness and genuine care truly made a difference in our experience, and their positive attitude significantly enhanced our stay. It's clear that the hotel truly values its guests, and their exceptional service was one of the highlights of our visit. Every interaction with the team was marked by warmth, efficiency, and a true commitment to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Nice renovated boutique hotel. Took the family room. The size is much bigger than the other rooms and comes with a king and super single bed. Furnished with toiletries and bottled water. Has a safe deposit box. There is a small restaurant and nice little cafe in the hotel. Staffs were friendly. Along the Chinatown.

1. We can see drawbridge from our room. 2. Parking provided but limited. First come first served. 3. Nasi dagang warisan maktok is the nearest warung for breakfast. 4. For lunch, the nearest is nasi ayam penyet zulkifli & Cantek Sekali Cafe for dessert. 5. Iron station located for each level. 6. Walking distance to dataran shah bandar & pasar payang (700m).

Big room. Comfortable. Bathrooms are all clean. Limited breakfast. Gotta go down a little fast. Overall everything is okay. The hotel is really close to the payang market.  in the middle of the city. Can be reached on foot. In front of the hotel there is a white mosque. Muslims can pray near there.  Only this is an old hotel. So the furniture is all old. Receptionists are all friendly. Really satisfied. School holiday fully book. Must book early.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The property was poorly maintained, and the air conditioning was ineffective, providing no cooling at all. The spring mattress was worn out and uneven, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The towels had an unpleasant odor, and the shampoo and bath gel were of poor quality, resembling jelly with no refreshing scent. I will not be staying here again.

I stayed at Hotel Grand Continental Kuala Terengganu and found the location excellent, close to attractions like Pasar Payang and the Crystal Mosque. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and nice. My room was clean with basic amenities like free Wi-Fi and a coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and dining at Jala Mas Coffee House was average. Overall, the hotel is quite suitable for travelers seeking affordability.

Keadaan billik kurang bersih. Terdapat rambut di atas killer. Mohon tingkat kan lagi aspek kebersihan. Lage ist großartig und das Zimmer ist groß. Ich mag es.

Mein Partner hatte Ming Paragon als unser Zuhause für 3 Nächte in Kuala Terengganu gewählt, da es zentral gelegen und in der Nähe von vielen Interessensräumen war. Es war eine gute Entscheidung, wie viel Forschung vor unserem Urlaub durchgeführt. Unser Flug war um Mittag angekommen. Aber seit der Anreise um 2:00 Uhr hatten wir zum ersten Mal Frühstück & besuchten 2 Orte von Interesse, um Zeit zu töten. Wir kamen gerade vor 2:00 Uhr zum Hotel und parkierten den Wagen vor Ming Paragon, da wir nicht wussten, dass der Parkplatz im Hotel hinter dem Gebäude war. Wir hatten auch eine Parkanwendung verwendet, um für den Straßenparkplatz zu bezahlen. Eincheckung war schnell & ohne Probleme. Es gab keinen Porter- oder Concierge-Service, da es sich um ein 3-star Hotel handelt. Wir trugen unser Gepäck selbst. Unser Zimmer war im ersten Stock. Es war kleiner als ich erwartet hatte. Es war jedoch angemessen und sauber. Die Matratze war nicht so komfortabel, aber die strategische Lage mehr als für sie gemacht. Die Klimaanlage war gut und zumindest gab es Fußbodenraum für uns zu beten. Das Badezimmer war eine gute Größe. Der Wasserdruck war gleich gut. Bestenfalls war es mit einem Handbidet ausgestattet. Das war eine angenehme Überraschung, da es ein chinesisches Hotel mit zu beginnen war & ich halb davon erwartet, dass es nicht einen hat. Der Duschegel, Shampoo & Klimaanlage auch gut geräuchert. Ein Haartrockner war auch verfügbar. WiFi war verfügbar und erfreulich. Allerdings war die TV-Rezeption nicht gut. Es gab viel Interferenz. Da wir meist im Freien waren, störte es uns nicht so viel. Obwohl es kein Kühlschrank gab, gab es eine Kaffee- und Teeherstellungsstelle. Im Lobby war ein zentraler Kühlschrank verfügbar. Deshalb hatten wir unser Essen in ihrem Kühlschrank verlassen. Wir hatten am Abend im bezeichneten Parkplatz des Hotels geparkt. Ein Sicherheitsbeamter wacht über unser Auto kostenlos, da es für Hotelgäste zu begrüßen war. Wir werden sicherlich immer wieder bleiben, wenn wir in Terengganu sind, wie das Ming Paragon Hotel unsere Erwartungen erfüllt hatte.
