Overall my favorite hotel when i travel to Kedah but somehow i sense the reception male guy was not being friendly and professional enougjt to handle customers during check in.. sour face with arms crossed after handed over room key.. he could be more attentive when asking for credit card password but rather nust handed over the machine with no eye contact or any communication

Brutell ehrlich beurteilt von mir. Ich sage nicht, dass dieses Hotel schlecht ist, aber es ist nur, dass ich mich nicht zufrieden mit dem, was ich bekam. Ich fragte Zimmer mit Fenster, aber nicht. Es war okay. Keine Frage. Was mich beunruhigt war, das Zimmer, das wir bekamen, es war ziemlich klein und nicht wirklich genug Platz für Muslime, um beten komfortabel. Fernseher nicht wirklich funktioniert. Für das Toilette musste es 2-3 Zeiten flussen. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war nicht wirklich ok. Aber insgesamt würde ich meine Erfahrung hier sagen .. ok lah . Nicht großartig. Aber ok :)

Everything is good. It’s just iron is not provided for each room or level. So need to go downstair to iron our clothes. Also got no water heater but got water dispenser at downstair. Overall is good.

i was staying here as i had course in Hospital Sg Petani. very nearby to hospital. just about 3 minutes away. road is not jammed. room is clean. cafes are nearby as well. recommended
