Check in & check out was smooth🫶🏻🥰 Pros: •24 hour operation •Near to transportation •No need to que for toilet/shower/prepare yourself like makeup,hair dryer n iron cause there’s a lot of it so no worry😉. •Everything was very ii clean & the place so comfortable. •Doesn’t feel lonely cause you share with a lot of people so just mind your own business🤭. •Also you can put your food/drink in fridge at the pantry for a while by tagging your own things😁. Cons: •Cannot make noise even a little cause you might feel guilt to make some especially a clumsy girl like me🤣🙂↕️. BUT overall was marvellous,the place,amenities,the location, it was very ii beautiful & suitable for everyone or for someone who want to stay for a while🥰

I wish to get all full scores, but during time going check out, my things drop to under bed, I only notice, full of dirty. Probably did not clean for quite some time. The aircon is cool enough. If u booked a double room , more privacy compared with dorm. I enjoyed both either dorm or double room. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really worth , nasi lemak, fried meehoon, and others. The location near to klcc, kl tower and mrt bukit nanas

Convenient, clean and minimalist accommodation providing just what you need for a pleasant stay. Room and bathroom were clean.

The hotel location is in between the KL tower and Twin Towers so it was so accessible for us to go. We were given a room which has a window so it was nice for us to see the view outside . The room was clean and tidy supplied with toiletries and towels. The 2 Comfort rooms were always cleaned by the housekeeping staff. .Free breakfast was nutritious and delicious which you can choose what you like to eat Hotel staff are courteous, kind and friendly

Stayed here before COVID-19, always like the location and cleanliness of this hotel. The price is also affordable. The water was not hot enough when I took shower for that 4 days, aircond too cold at night. Breakfast not bad. Will stay there again.

I was surprised by how good this capsule are. The address stated in the page is a bit confused when search by gps or google but if you found Vortex KLCC Apartment you will find it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was welcome with very friendly attitude. The environment is clean, refreshing cool air and well complete amenities. I get a set of towel and toothbrush. The Capsule itself is very spacey with soft pillow and mattress. My only issue is the capsule is covered by see through blind which lack of privacy. Shower room has shower gel and shampoo and hot shower. They have powder room with hair dryer, hair straightener, face steamer and even iron to iron cloth. 12 minutes walking distance to KLCC twin towers. Over have a good experience and will book again.

It is okay, the price was not expensive.

Very clean and the location is the best ! Few minutes walk to petrona towers , Jalan Alor and the monorail is only about 500m from the hotel, there’s a 7/11 downstairs and breakfast is not bad however the pull down curtain does not offer much privacy when the light in on from the inside and roommates can get quiet noisy at odd hours but I highly recommend

This is my go-to accommodation every time I come to Kuala Lumpur. The place is very close to the KLCC Twin Towers, just about a 2-minute walk away. The Vertex building is a luxurious property with central air conditioning, so the temperature is always perfect—not too cold or too warm. It also feels very secure. The common area is large, like two big rooms, and all the materials and furnishings are super premium and very nice. The breakfast isn't my favorite, but it's still okay. The price of a dorm bed is similar to that of a hotel room a little further out, like in Chinatown, but the dorm room here is also very premium and spacious. You don’t feel like you're in a dorm—you still have your own privacy

Comes with free breakfast, duvet is clean. Facilities well maintained. I can hear all the noise people make going in and out in the middle of the night, air-conditioning not working today, very warm and stuffy.

It’s an exceptional place, spotless, slick and spacious. Everything is just meant for a pleasant but affordable stay. Especially loved the capsules, so huge and well organized. The living room has plenty of tables, little kitchen and breakfast is included!

One word-Perfect! The experience has been beyond my expectations in all aspects of my stay. I wish they could procure thicker tissue papers and that they also fit properly in the tissue holders coz the tissue rolls fall out easily.

Review of The Bed Hotel: I recently stayed at The Bed Hotel and unfortunately, it was quite a disappointing experience. While the room was clean, the air conditioning wasn't working properly, which made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. On my last day, there were fire alarms going off multiple times, lasting for 1 to 2 hours each time. This, combined with the lift not working, created a chaotic situation that was incredibly frustrating to deal with. Despite its good location, with major tourist attractions easily accessible, I would recommend looking for other options in Bukit Bintang, Chinatown, or KL Sentral. You can find much better hotels with private rooms and attached washrooms in these areas. If you're traveling in a group, getting a suite would likely be a more economical choice than staying in a capsule hotel like this. Overall, my experience at The Bed at KLCC was disappointing, and I would advise others to consider alternative accommodations to avoid ruining their holiday.
