Good Evening,
Im contacting to review on my recent booking on trip.com with the property of Hotel Nana's Inn at Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.
First of all, its one of my worst experience with the location and condition of my 2-bedroom executive apartment, it was badly maintained, stains, rust everywhere of the corner, dusty and musty smell throughout the room, construction on the opposite building on going since early in the morning for the whole day which caused us to be unable to have a proper rest after a long journey and reaching in the middle of the night for checkin(we booked for 2nights for an early check in) we thought we could have a rest before starting the day but the distruption from the construction was thoroughly unbearable, we decided to moved out from the property after 6hours of checking in and rebooked another place elsewhere to get our rest.
We have paid a good amount for this booking, but the conditions of the room definitely doesn't worth every penny.
Please raise this issue with the owner/managing partner of the property, if things doesn't improve or change please remove them from your website/apps so others would not be conned to experience the same as i do.
I hope this bad experience of mine doesn't effect the faint i have with trip.com as i have been using your apps for quite awhile and find it to be really useful in every aspect of travelling abroad.
