Ich habe etwas über die Hotels in der Nähe von KLCC recherchiert … als ich das Bild des Schwimmbads und des Fitnessstudios sah, beschloss ich, es auszuprobieren, anstatt ein richtiges Hotel zu buchen …
Was ich sagen kann ist … die Lage ist sehr gut, denn es sind 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu den Twin Towers und es liegt im KLCC … wenn Sie nur zwei Tage Zeit haben, ist es einen Versuch wert …
Aber die Verwaltung des Service-Appartements ist etwas chaotisch … denn es handelt sich eigentlich um ein Wohngebiet … man kann nicht erwarten, dass man den Service wie in einem richtigen Hotel bekommt …
Wenn Sie um etwas bitten möchten, müssen Sie in die Lobby gehen, und nachts ist niemand in der Lobby.
Küchenutensilien sind so überbeansprucht … Ich wollte gar nicht erst versuchen, damit ein Omelett zu kochen, weil es auf jeden Fall anbrennen würde …

Very convenient location. Only issue is the toilet only 1 bathroom and was located in the master bedroom which is quite inconvenient when shared the room with friend

Only facing a bit problem on check in, fully follow procedure of management request but front desk still dont recognise my reservation, the room, facility and housekeeping service so far is excellent,will visit again. 👍
