check in self service, depo 200 by transfer, kolam best cuma nampak lama sikit.gym equiptment x banyan sangat. cleaning fee excluded ye. macam kene tipu sbb excluded time check in baru mintak suruh transfer. makan senang ada gerai kat bawah.

Несмотря на хорошее расположение в КЛСС, апартаменты так себе.
Вид из окна на незавершенную стройку. Зато если смотреть вверх, видно Менару.
Квартира не ухоженная. Дверь тяжело открывается, замок в плохом состоянии, ключ в нем едва проворачивается. Внутри неприятный запах из-за негерметичной канализации, плохая сантехника и очень слабый напор воды.
Постельное белье и полотенца давно пора заменить.
Берут на месте дополнительную плату за уборку и чересчур большой для такой квартиры депозит. В период проживания уборка не проводилась ни разу.

Это было очень очень очень плохо!!!!! Всё было плохо, кроме расположения. Началось всё с того, что мы приехали в этот отель и первое время администрация с нами не выходила на связи, мы просто сидели уставшие с дороги с рюкзаками на первом этаже и не могли дозвониться до администрации, чтобы нас заселили. После нам не давали быстрой возможности оплатить номер и заселиться! Мы гр. России и изначально при бронировании нас предупредили, что на месте надо будет внести оплату именно банковским платежом (банковские карты россиян не работают за пределами РФ), я специально заранее писала и уточняла этот вопрос.
По прилету в КЛ мы потратили более 2 часов на оформление Touch n go. Но когда пришли заселяться с нас попросили именно наличные, иначе охранник отказывался дать возможность заселиться. Спасибо большое команде Trip com!!!! Если бы не ваши ребята, я не знаю сколько нервов было бы еще потрачено! Согласовали в итоге оплату по безналу.
В итоге наше заселение заняло целый час!
Плюс время потраченное на оформление Touch n go. По итогу город мы так толком в этот день и не успели посмотреть.
Сверху к стоимости номера добавляют еще 60 MYR за уборку номера. Но!!!!!! Номер был такой вонючий, что денег уплаченных за уборку было действительно жалко! Не понимаю почему такой запах плохой в номере, но это было очень неприятно.
Еще одна неприятная особенность - депозит за номер вам отдадут только спустя 12 часов после выселения!!! Имейте это в виду.
Еще раз СПАСИБО команде Trip com! Ребята всегда были на связи и со своей стороны делали всё возможное, чтобы решить проблемы быстро!

I booked very last minute as some other travel plans had fallen through. Communication was very good through WhatsApp as far as the check-in process since this is a serviced apartment. I had a few problems checking in only because I had not received a room number which the guard stand and security desk needed to allow check in. This was due to my last minute booking and also I did not follow through on the prompts on WhatsApp. Once that was all complete it was easy to get a key and get into the apartment. There is a 30myr tourist tax fee and a 200myr refundable deposit, so it is beneficial to have that ready upon check-in. The apartment was very nice, large for just one person. Everything worked well. The kitchen had adequate utensils, cookware, and dishware for light cooking. I had a wonderful room on the 22nd floor with an amazing view of the Menara Tower. It was also a corner room with a little bonus side room all lined with windows. I really enjoyed the space and the view! The gym isn't huge but well equiped. The pool was very nice as well and the views from both were great. The Menara Tower is visible from the pool area as well and a good place to watch the nightly light effects. You can see one tower of the Petronas towers through the gap in a neighboring apartment building. Easily walkable to the Petronas Towers, Menara towers, and train stations. Had a great stay!
