I’ve stayed in many places, but this was by far the **worst experience** I’ve ever had. I booked through Ctrip for the first time, and because the price was ridiculously cheap, I thought it would be a good deal. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
As soon as I opened the door, the **place smelled like absolute sewage**. I’m not exaggerating—**it literally smelled like ******. After looking around, I discovered the stench was coming from the toilet. The sewage area was disgusting—**full of hair, filth, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever**. It was clear no one had bothered to do any maintenance.
The **floors were covered in sand**, like they hadn’t been swept or mopped in ages. I could barely walk without feeling like I was walking on dirt. And the **bed sheets**? They were covered in dirt, so much so that I could tell they hadn’t been changed. The **pillowcases** were gross too. And they charged me for cleaning fees? How is that even possible when the place is a disaster?
I immediately reached out to the host via WhatsApp to complain. They replied the next morning with a weak “thank you” and completely ignored the severity of the situation. Then, as if it wasn’t bad enough, out of nowhere, they messaged me at **5:58 PM** to say they’d send a cleaner at **6:30 PM**. **What kind of service is this?** I didn’t come here to deal with cleaning problems! I came to relax on holiday, not clean up someone else’s mess.
I’ve heard people talk about Homebrickz, but after this **nightmare of an experience**, I can honestly say I will **never** book with them again. The place was filthy, the service was non-existent, and it was **not worth the price at all**. I’m beyond disappointed. I’ve attached a picture for proof, and trust me, you **do not booked here**
