Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und ruhig. Und Dämmerung von außen Lärm. Rein Zimmer komplette Selbstreinigungseinrichtungen. freundlich und schneller Kundenservice. Es gibt eine Aufzugseinrichtungen nach älteren Kunden. Nur meine Bestellung, den Besucher das System mit dem Hotel zu aktualisieren, während der Einreise-Check-in der Anmelder sagt, dass der Raum voll war, aber das System hat die Zahlung bestätigt. Sie wurden gezwungen, mit dem Gegner zu verhandeln, um ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen und zusätzliche Zahlungen zu zahlen. Die Nacht des ATM-Betriebs wurde auch geschlossen, verbrannt Kunden.

The reception lady at the counter needs to be more courtesy and intelligence to resolve customer request which the customer has booked the room much earlier and get a replacement room for the comfort of your guests. The place is ok.

This hotel in the house building and there put a small room inside the house. the bed is good and clean. the toilet also clean. check in process wass smooth and fast.

Sangat recomended. Kedai mkn pun byk area situ. Kalau malam minggu boleh berjalan je ada pasar walk kat sana. Breakfast pon sedap, banyak pilihan. Servis pun okay, cuma kena hati2 tingkap bukan jenis lock mati. Kalau ada anak kecil kena selalu perhati. Tenkiuu🥰

Dies ist mein zweites Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die weise Lage ist großartig, da man einige Spaziergänge zum Ansehen machen kann. Kuantan Tower ist gerade neben. Zimmer ist geräumig.

During our stay at the villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and semi-outdoor bath tub. The room was impressive, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom, connected to the outdoor platform, was stunning, and the hot, steaming bath water was a highlight. The branded toiletries, including the additional body lotion, were a great touch, especially after swimming. Highlights of our stay included the private pool, the complimentary high teas, and the option to have breakfast served in the restaurant or in-room. The resort also offered amenities such as complimentary buggy rides, bike rentals, and various free games. Exploring the vast resort, with its nature sounds and relaxing atmosphere, was a memorable experience. Additionally, the dinner and bar were worth visiting and offered affordable options. However, the air conditioning in the room was not effective at night, and some of the bikes provided were not in the best condition. The steep slopes in the resort also posed a challenge, as I had a biking accident due to my own excitement and adrenaline rush. It's important to be cautious when using the bikes. For other dining and leisure options, Gambang offers local Chinese eateries, and Kuantan town, just an hour's drive away, provides modern cafes, shopping opportunities, and beach access.

We had a pleasant stay here. We stayed in a spacious Japanese-style room, which was perfect for our crawling child—he absolutely loved it! The bathroom was also large and clean. The wooden-like flooring was an excellent touch, as it wasn’t slippery, making it safe for him to move around.

Worth to stay during weekday. Spacious and new. I stay in single bed room, the bed is big and spacious bathroom. Will stay again.
