Alles war ausgezeichnet! Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr sauber, tolles großes Suitezimmer sehr gemütlich. Unterkunft direkt an der Wüste mit tollem Ausblick aus der Terrasse! Alle Mitarbeiter sowohl im Restaurant als auch in der Lobby waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ein extra Dank geht an den Hotelmanager Abdoul, mit dem wir intensive und inforeiche Gespräche führen durften. Er hat uns vielen Tipps und Touren empfohlen, welche weiterzuempfehlen sind. Er war für uns stets da und beantwortete alle Fragen, ein sehr symphatischer und zuvorkommender Mensch! Vielen Dank Merzouga, vielen Dank Riad Chebbi, vielen Dank an das liebe Team von Abdoul. We had a great welcome to Riad Chebbi in Merzouga, Morocco. The team Yerbi, Mohamed, Moha and Azeez were friendly and efficient. Moha served tea and snacks which everyone enjoyed. They took our bags to the room after we were checked in. Later, at dinner, we were served by Moha. We all enjoyed the meal. Moha explained all the dishes well. His service was excellent.

Moha was excellent on our inaugural dinner at Riad Chebbi. A warm and inviting smile to match the warm and inviting flavors of each dish!! The perfectly placed pips of color in the decor of the riad are undeniable. A beautiful welcome to the gateway of the desert!!

Very friendly and efficient service from check in to checkout.. The rooms heve all you would need for a comfortable stay and the entire facility is well designed and decorated. The pool area at the back of the properties beautifully landscaped and and decorated. The staff was very attention making sure we were properly situated in and satisfied with our rooms, especially Mona, who also was an excellent and accommodating waiter, at dinner, making sure our dinner experience was totally enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel!

My family and I booked our stay at Riad Chebbi for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with the most respect by the front desk staff. Our first night was spent in the camp grounds, which we rode there by camel. Hassan and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful in moving our luggage from the hotel to the camp ground and into our rooms. We were then greeted at the camp grounds with snacks and refreshments as we enjoyed the sunset amongst the sand dunes. The rooms were extremely clean, and had everything necessary for a good night stay. BETTER than glamping!! The following two nights we spent at the hotel were the amenities in each room (shower, blow dryer, mattress, AC, etc. ) functioned as expected. Breakfast was paradise; from the food to the service. We enjoyed the cabanas by the pool and received exceptional poolside service from the staff, from lunch to fruit platter to afternoon tea! What we enjoyed the most about our stay was the staff. Everyone works together to provide the best experience possible. A big thanks to everyone!

In the middle of a desert Riad Chebbi is like a oasis. The staff are good and well spoken and very help full specially Mr Yedir who helped in doing all support activities and managing a detailed itenary . I would highly recommend this place for a wonderfull experience of sahara.

Yedir was amazing! He arranged for us to have a late dinner at Restaurant Nora which was fantastic. Throughout our stay the staff was attentive and friendly giving us an amazing experience while in Merzouga. We asked for camel rides and they made it happen, we wanted tea by the pool and Yedir made sure it was done. The entire Riad is worth every penny. Make sure you watch the sunset and sunrise from the roof, it's off the charts. Thanks again to all of the staff especially Yedir!!!

Unique boutique hotel in the desert. The pool was stunning and the rooftop patio provided a great viewpoint. Where you can sit and enjoy a glass a wine an see a group of camels walking by. It is a perfect place to start your journey into the sahara desert.
