Ausgezeichnetes Hotel im Stadtzentrum. Wieder einmal habe ich meinen Aufenthalt genossen. Sauberes, komfortables, leckeres Restaurant, freundliches Personal.

Ett nytt hotell i Krasnodar, som är värd att boka. Utmärkt frukost! Servicen vid beställning av omelett dock kunnat vara bättre... Men omeletten var jättegod! Definitivt kommer tillbaka:)

High-tech exteriors, spotless interiors, high standards of service, a lavish open buffet breakfast, meaningless smiles, a formal attitude—no soul. An iconic hospitality industry behemoth. I stayed there overnight in September while in Krasnodar on a business trip. Alone. Came by car. It's a stereotypical Marriott; should I elaborate? They have underground parking that one MUST book in advance; otherwise, finding a place nearby is a nightmare. The worst snag for me was their central air conditioning with hopelessly blocked windows. I mean, one cannot open them in any way bar by smashing. Thus, if you look for warmth, individual treatment, and other non-standard amenities, that Marriott is not the place for you to choose.

ROOMS: clean and spacious. Comfortable bed, bathroom with a shower. LOCATION: 10min drive from the railway station. There are cafes and grocery stores nearby. FOOD: good breakfast (buffet format) included. There are big variety of dishes: eggs, potatoes, porridge, appetizers, vegetables, fruits. Sparkling is included as well. There are also two restaurants in the hotel: “Meat&Fish” located on the 1st floor of it and “Pompano” which is located on the top floor. We didn’t visit the first one, but Pompano disappointed us as a place for dinner - average food and cocktails. FACILITIES: good wi-fi, gym, spa with a pool. There are some restaurants nearby, I advise you to visit Architector bar next to the hotel (Asian cuisine) and CouCou (French cuisine). STAFF: polite and helpful.

If you are looking for a place that totally ignores Covid and in fact any hygienic rules this is your place. I went to gym and found that the only measure that should protect guests is a laminated A4 piece of paper that asks to keep a 1.5mt distance. There are no sanitising tissues or anything to wipe an equipment before and after use. First day I had to go up to my room and bring my own tissues and sanitiser. Second time I came prepared. Every day I reported the issue to the reception and except the standard response "We have passed your feedback to a concerned team" there was no action. I don't even want to mention regular check in issues. This is a topic for another review

Very professional and friendly checkin and checkout team .. very good service overall.
Large and clean rooms with nice view over the city.
Excellent breakfast
And very good restaurant on terrace in evening , no need to move out of the hotel for dining.
Really perfect place to stay .
Also great swimming and fitness room.
