it was good with amneties and modern. If you want to find complete hotel this is okay.
Good location has fridge,hair dryer , kettle , towel , soap , heater.
But it was slef check in so we did not know it was till we talk to a couple then we message trip .Thy helped us but at the end the hotel called us. My husband said it suppose to have reception even if the hotel number directed to a call center very hassle for us since we have baby . So do ask the hotel first ur pin code 2-3 days before ur check in.

Stayed here for 4 Nights in February. Amazing Location - In walking distance to everything. Maximum 5 minutes walk to the main square. Very convenient location as was able to pop in and out throughout the day. Has everything you need - Hairdryer was included, fresh towels everyday, heating, air con and a TV. Only thing was the shower flooded two times but they were very quick to fix it! Very impressed for the price!

We had a great stay at the hotel. Comfortable bed, clean and modern room. Grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, attractions within walking distance. Despite the busy location, it was very quiet. Staff is especially efficient and friendly. There is an opportunity to leave luggage after check-out. Would stay again.

Comfortable apartment with fridge and with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was also tea, coffee and shampoos, also we were pleased with the fast internet. Clean and cozy. Great location, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Friendly staff 👍

The hotel is located in a very good place, a few minutes walk from the market square, the rooms are very clean, the bathrooms are also fresh. The staff knew where I could park my vehicle and how to use public transport, which was a plus. I sincerely recommend it.

The apartment are located in a historic building in the center of the old town and it have a good standard. Historical places as well as restaurants and bars are within walking distance.Very cozy and clean room,the beds were really comfortable.The stuff was helpful.Definitely we will come bach again!

The property is located in an amazing position in Kraków which is only 3/4 minutes far away from the main square (of course it depends from how fast you walk) which made everything much easier. The Room was really clean and they provided us with all the necessary for a 4 days staying. Moreover, it was also quite spacious.

Overall an okay stay, these are not apartments, they are hotel rooms without daily servicing. Good for a night, the room and beds are small, if you are staying for longer I'd recommend somewhere else. Very convenient location for the old town.
