Sehr schöne Lage im historischen Viertel von Krakau. Da es keine Rezeption gibt, erfolgt der Check-in über die E-Rezeption, was eine interessante Lösung darstellt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und obwohl sie vom Nachtleben umgeben sind, sind sie ruhig.

Our second stay here...Great location and a very spacious and comfortable apartment.

Perfect location in Kazimierz area, in my opinion most beautiful part of Krakow. The apparent was beautiful and had a rooftop terrace that was mind blowing. Only problem was that it was under the roof which made it pretty hot.

Surrounded by bars, restaurants and street food eateries...We couldn't ask for anything more convenient...A short walk from the more touristy main square. We prefered the more hip and arty feel of the place...No two bars are the same and there is plenty of choice when exploring the area of Kazimierz. The virtual check in was confusing on arrival...But the lady on the phone soon got us into our lovely apartment. Which was cosy, quiet, clean and spacious with a lovely view of Plac Nowy square. Our 4th visit to the area...We will be back again soon.

Perfectly located in the heart of Kazimierz, looking down on the square.Surrounded by bars and a large variety of eateries from takeaway food trucks to fine dining. The apartment was roomy, clean and modern with a kingsize bed. We will be back.

When arriving at the hotel, our key card wouldn’t work. We went down to reception and the woman couldn’t of been more unhelpful. She said I cancelled the booking two hours ago which I would’ve been in the plane in the sky at that point. When I tried telling her how to spell my Irish name she wouldn’t listen. Wouldn’t listen to anything we said in fact. Tried to get us to pay for our nights stay again. At this point it was 2am in the morning and we were just going back and forth with this lady. She would also just hang up the phone on us. Even though you need a code to get INTO the building that you only get when you book a room, she told us we had no booking. I emailed the help centre during this stressful hour and they sorted it for me immediately. Seemed like she tried to scam us. However, despite all of this. Our stay was lovely. The hotel was gorgeous and we couldn’t fault that. It would’ve been 5/5 if this experience did not happen.

I have to say, the apartment was beautiful and had amazing features. However, what completely ruined my stay was when I arrived at the virtual reception (which I now hate), the receptionist tried to tell us our booking was cancelled and tried to get us to pay for the nights we had booked again. When I attempted to explain to her that we could not get into the virtual reception if it was cancelled and tried to resolve the situation, the woman stopped answering whenever I rang the bell. She attempted to tell us that our stay was cancelled two hours prior to our arrival, which is interesting because two hours prior we were in the sky on the flight over. I’m very unsure as to how we could possibly have cancelled it from there or why we would. This completely ruined our stay in Krakow, and I would advise anyone who stays here to be very wary of this happening to them.

Serce Kazimierza, okna na okrąglak, pokoje czyste, dobrze urządzone, po prostu ładnie, za to wszystko same plusy, recepcja w formie online - ok, chociaż można trochę serca włożyć w rozmowę :) zawsze miło, minusy: brak parkingu - trochę nasza wina bo nie doczytaliśmy, śniadanie w innym miejscu - tu chyba założyliśmy, że jak jest śniadanie to w tym samym budynku, pomimo wszystko śniadanie było odkryciem - fajna miejscówka z klimatem, bardzo dobre śniadanie, więc w sumie wyszło na plus
