Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel Santi sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut (bei Anfrage bereiten die Mitarbeiter auch einen "packed lunch" zu wenn man b sehr füh starten muss). Unser Zimmer war außerdem sehr groß aber wäre durch die Dachschräge eher nichts für große Leute gewesen. Auch die Lage lässt keine Wünsche offen. Einzig die Betten waren nicht ganz bequem und die Straße etwas laut aber das ist persönliche Präferenz. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Very helpfull and kind staff. Clean and spacious room. Convenient location for my tourisitic approach in the Old Town center Next time I would opt for a rear facing and maybe higher floor room to avoid the rumble of the the tram right outside the hotel

The room wasn't a room it was a suite, service was second to none, room (suite) was spotlessly clean. in the middle of everything - can't fault it. Only downside would be that it is next to the tram tracks - however, when you've walked 7 + miles each day you don't stay awake for long, they do provide ear plugs and if you are heavy sleepers who both snore, you really don't notice it in fact it is almost quite comforting and the beds are so comfortable you'll be asleep in no time.

We had a four night stay in this lovely hotel. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect and very close to the main square. The only issue, although not for me, was the tram noise. The hotel provide ear plugs and there worked perfectly for me and I had four very good nights sleep!! Would definitely stay here again!

Superb position. Authentic hotel. All the staff were fantastic. Breakfast was great. Ideal position for all the sites. Would certainly stay here again. Lovely cafe just across the road. Remember to book restaurants in advance Astley do get booked up quickly.

The hotel was fabulous. Staff very friendly, our room was number 301- top floor at the back. It was huge and very quiet. Very clean and fresh water provided. Little extras like slippers, sewing kit etc made a difference. Would definitely stay again

Lovely hotel. The rooms had plenty of space, are really clean and upon arrival given a complimentary drink too. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Location wise it was right near the square and the shops.

Very nice small hotel. Great location, about 5 min walk to the main square. Spacious rooms, one tip...ask for a room at the back as trams passing by are really noisy! Although they do provide earplugs. Due to the age of the building, there is no air conditioning, not a problem for us as we slept with the windows open. Small bar area, and seating. The bar closed at 8pm though.....They were more than happy for us to sit and drink our own wine and provided glasses!
