We stayed here in January and we will certainly be returning. Angelika was amazing as soon as we arrived, she was so incredibly helpful at recommending late night places to eat and locations to visit. Daniel was also incredible, nothing ever too much hassle, even late at night when i requested more pillows after a long day of exploring. Both of them always greeting us with a hello, and a smile - always felt welcome. It was lovely for them to ask about our day in the evening as well, and what activities we experienced. The rooms were very spacious, well ventilated and insulated; was the beginning of January and we slept with the window open - which was fabulous. The rooms were very clean and the design was unique, but in a good way. I spoke with others on our flight and they said the same. i wish we were able to take the bathroom with us, as the layout with the glass was stunning! The added touch of slippers and other free items were lovely. We didn't book the sauna or do the breakfast, so can't comment on that but fresh glass bottles of water were provided in the room each day, and also from reception as when requested. There was also a coffee machine, and a roomy under counter fridge that we use throughout our stay. The rooms were quiet each night, outside noise couldn't be heard and the beds were comfy. The clothes rack was very sturdy, and held our items that were on the heavier side. Lots of electricity outlets, on each side of the bed. we were on floor 2, so the lift was very helpful, especially after all the walking. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We stayed at the Home hotel for 3 nights the end of November for a weekend break to visit the Christmas market and sight seeing, the hotel was spotless our room was basic but had everything we needed. It was very warm in the hotel and In our room. There is a lift which was good as we were on the 3rd floor, we only used the hotel as a base and somewhere to sleep so was perfect for our needs. They have a safe in the room which was free and they also allowed us to store our luggage after checking out which was great for us as we only left krakow at 5.30 for our flight home. We did pay extra for the breakfast which we only had twice due to being up and out 1 morning before breakfast started to go on a trip. 1 morning there was plenty of choice but the second morning we went a little later for breakfast and there was hardly anything left to eat. The hotel is in a great location with the old town and Jewish quarters within walking distance. We will definitely be booking this hotel for our next stay in krakow

The hotel was very well located, just a few minutes away from the historical center, it was a great choice on that sense. The price was also very good, overall a great price-location relation. The room was on the top floor, so you might need to mind tour head sometimes. The bathroom was also spacious enough for both. The hotel is modern but the decor was very religion related. The staff was nice and spoke good English. Definitively will book again and recommend!

It was the best choice for our guests. Hotel is very clean, the hotel staff is very friendly, nice and professional. Also breakfats are delicious. Apartments are fully equipped. Location close to the old town but very quiet and friendly.

Bought as part of a city break package. We walked in. Very very basic. Freezing cold room. Bed was about 30cm high!! Dirty headboard with buttons missing, Towels think and like sandpaper. Stank of cigarettes. Loose cables and adapter plugs everywhere, which I’m sure is a fire hazard. Checked out within 15 minutes and booked somewhere else. Don’t know what sort of places previous reviewers are used to!! But this was well below standard. No better than a poor hostel. Avoid if you want anything like comfortable.
