We booked a three night stay via EasyJet, and was sold on the location and the pictures of the rooms. The rooms do look bigger in the pictures, however they were handy for what we needed, which was a place to get our head down due to having two full day trips booked. We were told we would get our check in instructions by 3pm on the day of check in. We landed at 8pm and had still not received anything from the hotel. I rang them whilst coming through the airport and they sent a text and WhatsApp within minutes, which were really easy to understand with the hotel having no reception, and it being a ‘self check in’ hotel. However, during our stay, we spoke to 2 separate families who also hadn’t received anything on how to check in - whether this was due to staff not sending them or a system error.. I don’t know. The beds were very comfy, however we were only given 1 small pillow. I did request from the hotel, via WhatsApp, 2 more pillows during the afternoon and we had them by evening when we got back. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. The shower was very powerful! The only thing that wasn’t all that great, is that you can hear people banging about from upstairs, and people from the rooms next to you. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend some ear plugs. On our 2nd morning, we were advised that breakfast wasn’t being served at our hotel due to some problems however we could walk 3 minutes to another hotel who would provide our breakfast. This was also the case on our last morning. We only went on our last morning, and it was okay… nothing special, but enough to put you on until lunch. The hotel was an 8-10 minute walk from the old town square. A 25 minute walk to wawel castle and a 35 minute walk to the Jewish quarter. This is my second time staying in Krakow - the first time I stayed in the Jewish Quarter but did prefer being up near the old town. Would recommend this hotel! 👍🏼
