My partner and myself spent a few nights on the island at one of the small cottages. Perfect for couples and those having a short stay on the island. They are located about a 10 minute walk from the main area of bars and restaurants, however, at night walking back, its always a peaceful, enjoyable trip from the views. The cottages provide the exact facilities required and were sweet and cosy. Central enough to all the action and has the most gorgeous views!

Wir wurden warm gegrüßt auf der Rezeption und haben einen schönen Pool mit dem Hintergrund des Meeres. Der Pier ist kaum 5 Minuten zu Fuß und das Hotel hatte einen Wagen mit dem Mann, der unser Plakat hält. Das Zimmer war geräumig für 3 Pax & war völlig komfortabel. Die Lage dieses Hotel ist großartig und die Lebensmittel-Gemeinsame & Marktstraßen sind alle zu Fuß entfernt. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut genug, um Ihren Tag mit... Entspannen Sie sich im Pool oder nur über den Pier, um eine private Tour in den Long Tail Boats zu machen. Das muss ein tun, wenn Sie auf dieser Insel bleiben. Sie werden überrascht, die Feuershows, Musik & Tanz an den Strand Partys zu sehen. Diese Insel hat einige wunderschöne Restaurants mit leckerer lokaler Küche und eine breite Platte für Meeresfrüchte. Kälte mit dem “Chang Bier” und interessante Cocktails. Wir haben 3 Nächte geblieben und hatten eine erinnerebare Zeit....Unser Zimmer bestellte eine malerische Aussicht!! Wir werden sicherlich zurück hier sein. Nur die Verbesserung, die von der Hotelverwaltung zu tun ist, ist die Renovierung der Badezimmer und Ausstattung, wie diese gekommen sind.

Schlechtes Hotel. Die Lage scheint gut zu sein, da es ganz in der Nähe des Zentrums liegt, wo es Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt, aber die Wahrheit ist, dass es eine schreckliche Lage ist. Wenn man an einer sehr schönen und sauberen Rezeption vorbeikommt, sagt man einem, dass man das Hotel verlassen und durch eine Gasse gehen muss, um das Hotel zu betreten. Es ist äußerst schlecht gepflegt und weist viele Mängel in der Verarbeitung und Reinigung auf. Es ähnelt eher einem Hostel als einem Hotel. In dem Bungalow, der eine eher zurückhaltende Unterkunft sein sollte, hört man den Lärm aller anderen Bungalows. Und überall, wo man hinschaut, ist Staub und etwas kaputt. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, aber es ist, als hätte es gar keine, weil sie nicht funktioniert. Wir stellten es auf 16⁰ C und es fühlte sich an, als wäre es nur ein Ventilator. Wir blieben 2 Stunden im Hotel und zogen es aufgrund all dieser Mängel vor, auszuchecken. Am Ende baten wir darum, auszuchecken und eine Rückerstattung für die restlichen Nächte zu beantragen, die wir nicht genutzt hatten. Wir haben keine Rückerstattung erhalten, da uns die Rezeptionistin mitgeteilt hat, dass sie keinerlei Rückerstattung leistet, obwohl sie gezeigt hat, wie unterschiedlich es von der beworbenen Realität war. Diese Art von Hotel dient nur dazu, Touristen zu täuschen, die die Region nicht kennen und einen beträchtlichen Betrag für ein Hotel zahlen, das nicht einmal 1 % seines tatsächlichen Wertes wert ist. Wir fühlen uns betrogen und ausgeraubt.

We booked our trip a while ago and the reviews seemed great. The closer our trip got the reviews seemed to worsen. But we were unable to change/cancel due to the rate we booked. On arrival we were welcomed by staff and given a cold bottle of water and cold flannel and handed a big list of do’s and don’ts whilst at the hotel. Including leaving your hotel key with reception when leaving the hotel meaning your AC didn’t work whilst out and about. Coming back to an extremely hot uncomfortable room. The hotel is right next to the mosque on the island and the tannoy goes of several times a day to announce prayer including around 5:30am. Very loud. But this can’t be helped, we should have thought about this whilst booking the hotel. Walls are paper thin. We were fortunate enough to between two friends so it was only our noise we could hear but I imagine if this was a stranger it would become annoying, to the point we could hear each others conversations through the walls. We paid for the swim up bungalow villas which apparently are the best rooms available at this hotel. They were filthy (see attached photos) and need of a deep clean and some serious TLC! Also whilst showering there is a terrible foist smell from the drains. And the water pressure is low, again could be down to location. The beds were like sleeping the floor they were that hard, but apparently these are how beds are in Thailand. But the beds have been excellent on the mainland at other stays. Unable to sleep. Little interaction with hotel staff other than check in but whilst writing this review a staff member walked past our room, and spat on the ground! The pool also is in need of some TLC and a full regrout. Be careful where you’re walking as some bits are sharp and appears to be full of grit/sand on the floor. The island itself is stunning but the hotel is lacking for the cost. This is a mid-range budget hotel for the island so would expect a much higher standard. Wouldn’t return to this hotel.

We had a wonderfull time here. Honestly, we were a bit freightened by some of the reviews before we got here, but none of it was true. Excellent location, hospitable host at the reception, clean and nice looking room with all the wood. There was a mistake in our booking that they were more than willing to fix without any additional costs. All in all, the price/quality ratio was great. I would advice them to redecorate the garden though. Although the pool is great, the lack of chairs or couches is rather inconvinient. And all the tiles make it warmer than it has to be.

Wir hatten das Hotel für 6 Nächte gebucht, sind jedoch gleich nach der ersten Nacht wieder abgereist. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels war unser erster Eindruck sehr schlecht. Sehr schmuddelig und runtergekommen, einfach dreckig. Der Weg zu unserem Zimmer hat gezeigt, das hier kein richtiges Management hinter diesem Hotel steht, was sich auch im Zimmer mehr als bestätigt hat. In der Anlage lagen Ohrenstäbchen am Boden, Plastikflaschen am Boden, die Housekeeingwäscche (auch wenn es Schmutzwäsche war) lag nicht im Trolley sondern am Boden. Die Hotelfläche, Treppen etc. sind schon seit Wochen offensichtlich nicht gewischt worden. Im Zimmer angekommen war es widerlich: staubig, dreckspritzer an den Wänden, der Wasserkocher einfach nur ekelig, das Bad hygienisch unsauber, die Bettdecke hatte Löcher, die Kissen waren Gelb, die Polster auf dem Balkon vollgeschüttet. Wir haben das sogleich an der Rezeption gemeldet und uns wurde ein anderes Zimmer gezeigt, dass an sich schöner aussah aber bei weiterem nicht saubererer war. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt und wollten auf keinen Fall hier bleiben. Da die Insel tatsächlich ausgebucht war, mussten wir eine Nacht bleiben und haben uns dann entschlossen, das Hotel zu verlassen und sind in einer kostengünstigeres Hotel, dass von Grund auf sauber ist. Wie waren mit einem Herren von der Rezeption in Kontakt, die Stornierung der restlichen Zeit verlief unkompliziert und er war verständnisvoll und hilfsbereit. Dieses Hotel ist von der Lage her sehr gut allerdings aufgrund sämtlicher Mängel nicht zu empfehlen. Das Management muss hier hier dringend handeln.

Ein tolles Hotel für Ihr Geld. Zusammengekommen am Pier, schnell gestellt. Sehr schönes grünes Gebiet! Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber, Personalfreundlich! Alles gefallen! Ich empfehle!

I booked 2 rooms on Saturday night 3 days before we left on the slower ferry from Phuket Rassada pier £10 each return. The rooms were nearly £70 each but there is a distinct difference in 4/5 star and 3 star on this island price wise. I opted for this 3 star as the higher ratings were too expensive or in the North of the Island. This hotel is slap bang in the middle and it’s perfect for going straight out into the narrow streets to mooch around. It’s was quiet in the evening , you get a free welcome drink and our room had air con and yes the beds are hard but I like it with a bad back. I fixed a light that was hanging down from the ceiling as I am a sparky , the water in the sink takes it time to drain but is fine. Rooms were clean , Shower was nice and hot. Breakfast buffet was lovely with no complaints about the food. The 2nd room the air con wasn’t working but they fixed it whilst we were out. The next morning we went on a boat trip to Maya beach 2000 baht booked and paid at hotel , guy came and picked us up to escort us to his long tail boat. Overall considering I booked it very late for £67 a room it was good. If you book further in advance it’s cheaper. The pool isn’t that big but it’s fine , use the beaches instead. Only 6 sun loungers but use the beaches that is the whole point in going to Phi Phi. They looked after our bags after we checked out to go on the trip , the lady behind the desk was so friendly. My tip if you have a problem is not to overreact , I was travelling with 2 Thais and they showed me this , be nice ti the Thai staff as they will be nice back to you. I would recommend staying at this hotel for 1/2/3 nights as the location is so perfect in the middle of the island. 5 minutes from pier. Beaches are just as close to walk to. Restaurants and bars are right outside the hotel 1 minute away. We had a really good time and were treated well , they send a person to greet you at the pier and to walk you to the hotel. Just look for the sign with the hotel name on it and a person holding it. Thanks PP Palmtree it was a pleasant stay.

We were booked into a standard room by our travel agent - we upgraded as the standard was a tiny room with shower over the toilet. Backpackers style. The superior room, like in above photo was lovely but from street level was 229 steps up a hill. Room was lovely and view was fantastic. Shower had no pressure at all so very difficult to wash hair or clean yourself. Staff were very helpful however and friendly and carried our bags up and down all the steps when we arrived and departed. Cheap to stay at and the upgrade for 2 nights was only approx $25 NZD so well worth it.

Die Fotos sind hier mal wieder sehr viel schöner und luxuriöser als das eigentliche Hotel. Reicht vollkommen zum Übernachten. Hat aber keine sehr schöne Aussicht und ist abends durch die Klimaanlagen und dünnen Fenster teilweise laut. Zum Meer läuft man zwischen 5-10 Minuten. Also alles in allem okay. Die Beschreibung und Bilder lassen aber mehr erhoffen
