Sehr nicht zu empfehlen! Kommen Sie und behandeln Sie die Chinesen wie einen Stift. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr altmodisch ... das Geräusch ist so laut wie der Motor ... der Service an der Rezeption ist super schlecht ... weil ich am nächsten Tag zum Railay Beach muss, habe ich mich beim Ctrip-Personal beworben für eine Verlängerung von 13:00 Uhr Check-out, und sie riefen mich an und sagten, als ich eincheckte, ja, ich kam trotzdem, um mich zu drängen, am nächsten Tag auszuchecken.Ich erklärte die Verlängerung und gab den Grund dafür an, dass es gab Kunden hinter uns, und dann habe ich grob aufgelegt Die kurzhaarige Frau an der Rezeption hat wirklich keine Professionalität! Der Korridor ist sehr laut, das Frühstück ist so geraubt wie der Gemüsemarkt, und das Essen ist schrecklich... Weißt du, warum es diese Art von Hotel noch gibt? ! Wir verbrachten ein paar Nächte in Deevana und stellten fest, wie schrecklich der Service im Blue Sotel war … Wir warteten 2 Stunden auf den Check-in und ließen das CTrip-Personal das Hotel anrufen und bestätigten, dass wir um 13 Uhr auschecken können, als wir abreisten, als wir nach Railay Beach gingen Die Frau mit den kurzen Haaren an der Rezeption rief noch um 12 Uhr an und sagte, wir hätten noch einen Gast, ich erklärte es noch einmal, sie legte schnell auf, sehr unprofessionell und extrem unhöflich! Der Frühstücksbereich ist wie ein Fischmarkt, totales Chaos! Klimaanlage war laut und schlechte Sicht… sehr enttäuscht und sehr nicht zu empfehlen!

Our stay at BlueSotel Hotel during our honeymoon was a journey of highs and lows that left us with mixed feelings. One of the first hurdles was the check-in process, which begins at 3pm, an hour later than most hotels. This minor inconvenience was somewhat mitigated by the hotel's gesture to let us wait by the pool. However, the welcome drink offered, essentially sugar water colored blue, felt underwhelming rather than refreshing. The room awaited us with a delightful surprise that brightened our mood instantly. In acknowledgment of our special occasion, we found elegant swan-shaped towels forming a heart adorned with rose petals on the bed. This thoughtful decoration truly made us feel celebrated and added a touch of romance to our honeymoon. While the breakfast included with our stay saved us from the concerns of dining expenses, it didn't quite meet our expectations in variety and quality, especially when compared to other resorts like the Sea Seeker, known for its wide selection and fresher options, including homemade pastries. Regarding amenities, the spa and massage area stood out for its steep prices, notably higher than what one might find at local establishments offering services at a more reasonable rate. The pool area, pleasant for leisure, came with stringent towel policies that seemed excessive; towels were not accessible before 9:30 am without a 100 baht fee at the reception, an inconvenience we found peculiar. On a positive note, the hotel enjoys a strategic location near Aonang Beach, surrounded by numerous dining options, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. In summary, BlueSotel Hotel offered moments of joy and comfort for our honeymoon, especially with the room's romantic setup. However, there's a significant room for improvement in terms of dining options and amenity pricing to enhance the overall guest experience. The hotel's potential shines through its thoughtful gestures and excellent location, yet a balance in service and value could elevate it to truly match the special occasions it hosts.

Your front reception staff are the first to greet your clients after a long flight or journey to Thailand. I found the reception to be rude, short with their answers and responses and actually just plain impolite! Talking over me, attitude and hardly a smile insight. On arrival in the room, the towels had stains and were dirty, as well as black stains on the sheets. There is no soundproofing in the hotel, we were constantly woken up by loud neighbors coming down the passage at 2/3am or could hear the conversations from the room next door or vomiting. There is also a really bad drain smell coming from the bathroom plumbing system. Our aircon also broke one night and we woke up dripping in sweat, luckily it was fixed while we were out for the day. Again, I had to go ask if it had been done, since reception aren’t the friendliest or the most helpful. The food and service from the restaurant were amazing! Possibly, the only plus besides location. So friendly and polite, helpful and kind. The food was also delicious, and definitely of restaurant quality.

Good location, spacious facilities, nice pool. Staff is friendly. Looks like a high-end end hotel but they don't deliver a cup of coffee to your room.

Very good place and hotel, friendly staff

Pros: The breakfast was good despite crowding at egg station. Pool was nice with many places to tan or hide in the shade. Pillows were comfortable. I found the bed a little soft, but my partner loved it. Had the sports channel and I was able to watch the Super Bowl in my room. Cons: The hotel needs general maintenance. Hotel doors are warped, balcony doors do not lock, sink facet leaked a lot, shower head shot in all directions, etc. Despite the items needing to be fixed or replaced, I would stay here again.
