Great to come back to Tripenta Calicut, very nice Hotel with great Ambience and team around. Rooms has great views and so is the Restaurant on the 7th Floor. Well spread Buffet breakfast. Cannot miss mentioning of Ms. Niketa, of good services at this restaurant and of course Rijesh the Duty Manager cum Restaurant Manager, always to helpful and ever smiling. Front office staff ever so helpful and smiling. Mentioning the names of Krishna Priya (reservation)/ Sajith/Fathima/Aiswarya.

I recently stayed at hotel dimora in calicut, and the experience was just okay. The food was excellent, but the rooms were not up to a 5-star standard. The doors were very hard to open, the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work well, and the shower glass door wouldn’t close properly. However, the bed and room were clean and tidy. I had issues with the staff’s response time. After waiting an hour for them to address the problems in the first room, i had to go to the reception and raise my voice. They promised an upgrade but gave me a single bed instead of a double, even though i was with my family. Overall, the staff experience was disappointing, except for the restaurant staff, who were great, and the food was really good.

Just one day trip to Calicut for my wife’s treatment, To be honest the Raviz staffs are really professionals , the room are really specious and hygiene, but need to improve some amenities, also I had ordered a tea for in room dining but they were taken long time, special thanks to shameel from the front desk

I booked the deluxe room in this hotel through mmt. This hotel is located at 6th and 7th floors of emerald mall. Great advantage of this hotel is its location as it is in the middle of city. It is nearby to baby memorial hospital, just a walkable distance. Rooms are spacious and clean, washroom are also spacious and tidy. However rooms need maintenance as there are some water damage on walls as colour was flickering out due to water leakage specially on bathroom wall. Even ac was also leaking however it was in working condition. Bedding and linens were clean and tidy. Service was prompt and sufficiently good. Toiletries were provided on request. Staff were cooperative and professional. Still there is need of some improvement in the services. I haven’t experienced the food quality of hotel as i preferred food from outside as there are multiple options available just next to this hotel. Lobby and corridor were spacious however lift is quite congested. As hotel is at the middle of the city it is well connected. Railway station is hardly 2-3 km away from the hotel and cab or auto rickshaw is easily available. There are multiple options for food in nearby vicinity. So all in all it is a good deal.

Hi was good to stay at this hotel had convinient travel to reach out places not tried breakfast over here have access near by hotels available for my lunch and dinner options water bottle need to provide before we check in but they immediately reached on my request good place to stay

Ich schreibe meine wirkliche Erfahrung mit dem Hotelservice. Heute hatte ich eine schlimmste Erfahrung mit der Unterkunft in diesem Hotel. Ich habe bereits die rangreiche Oberzimmer 3600/-and reserviert und gebucht, ich wurde am Abend um 3:30 Uhr im Hotel geprüft 12-8-2023. Dipin KC (+91 73564 16333) war der, der mir bei der Zeitkontrolle geholfen hat. Der Service des Hotelpersonals für die Kunden ist sehr schlecht. Nach der Eincheckung ging ich zum Mittagessen im Restaurant Gazania Mezbaan und wartete mehr als eine Stunde auf meine bestellte Mahlzeit. Danach ging ich in den Raum, um Tests zu nehmen und damals konnte ich nicht aufgrund der hohen Lautstärke singen, seit die DJ-Party im Halle stattfand und auch da waren Leute, die betrunken waren. Ich habe mich bei dem Empfangspersonal beschwert, aber keine Antwort und auch keine Aktionen von ihrer Seite wurden ergriffen. Und sie haben sich falsch verhalten. Ich habe beschlossen, aus dem Hotel zu Check-out wegen der schlechten Erfahrung und Service, die ich hatte, die den Kunden keinen Wert gab. Ich habe Dipin(+91 73564 16333) angerufen, der sagte, er sei der Manager, aber er antwortet auch gut und ich habe keine Lösung für mein Problem gefunden. Ich ging um 8:30 Uhr aus dem Hotel und sie wurden nur 600/- die ich bei der Eincheckung bezahlt 3600/- zurückgezahlt. Er sagte, es sei die Gebühr.Sie wurden für nur fünf Stunden 3000/- gezahlt und wurde aus dem Hotel aufgrund der Frage von ihrer Seite selbst geprüft. Dies war eine schlimmste Erfahrung für mich und sie werten ihre Kunden nicht. Dieses Hotel wird niemandem empfehlen. Bitte überprüfen Sie meine Kommentare, wenn Sie in diesem Hotel Zimmer suchen.

The location of the hotel is just perfect, right at the heart of Calicut, so it helps in moving around the city and its places of interest. The room was well-spaced, clean, and nicely decorated, so one could get the best blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was very comfortable with good quality amenities so that one can get fully relaxed during the stay. The highlight of my stay was the dining. There is a delicious menu, featuring local taste and international cuisine. Each meal was a delight to the taste buds, well-prepared with fresh ingredients and appealingly presented. Their buffet breakfast was simply outstanding, with great variety to suit all tastes.

Das Team hat uns während des Aufenthalts voll unterstützt und alle Vereinbarungen getroffen. Das Essen war erstaunlich und das Personal war wirklich nett. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts ein heimliches Gefühl. Wir werden sicherlich hier für unsere nächsten Besuch bleiben.

Wir hatten hier für eine Nacht 4 Zimmer reserviert. Das Hotel ist nicht leicht zu identifizieren, was mit ihm neben den besetzten Geschäften an beiden Seiten angebracht ist. Kein Parkplatz. Unser Fahrzeug war im nächsten Bahnhof parkiert. Die Zimmer waren durchschnittlich, geschlagen Möbel wurden seit Jahren nicht zusammen poliert. Die Gärten sahen aus, als ob sie nicht ab dem Zeitpunkt der Einrichtung des Hotels gewaschen oder ersetzt worden waren. Der Aufzug ist nur vom 1. Stock zugänglich, so dass ältere Bürger oder Menschen mit Gesundheitsproblemen sicherlich eine schwierige Zeit haben. Keine Aussicht zu reden, besser nicht aus dem Fenster zu sehen. Vorteile, es ist im Zentrum der Stadt, so wenn Sie für die Sicht besuchen, die meisten der Strände und das Fest ist in der Nähe. Gutes Restaurant neben der Tür, das Zimmerservice und gutes Essen bietet. Ich würde dies nur empfehlen, wenn Sie nicht den ganzen Tag im Zimmer sein werden, außer für Nachtschlaf und die Nähe zu verschiedenen Landmarken in der Stadt.
