From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like a VIP with their warm, attentive service. The lobby was stunning, with luxurious decor and a serene atmosphere that set the tone for the entire stay.

However, one area for improvement would be the elevator system, which required a keycard for access. With only one card provided, it occasionally posed challenges when coordinating with a roommate. Facilities The facilities were impressive overall. The pool was a standout feature, offering a clean and well-maintained space, which I’d rate 9/10. The gym, while functional, lacked standout features and could benefit from enhancements (6/10). The restaurant provided a satisfactory dining experience, with good food and attentive service, earning a 7.5/10. Location The hotel’s location is undoubtedly one of its strengths. It offers convenient access to transportation, dining, and nearby attractions, making it an excellent choice for those exploring the area or conducting business.

Aufgrund einiger technischer Fragen war das Zimmer, das wir reserviert haben, zum Zeitpunkt der Eincheckung nicht verfügbar, so dass sie ein Suitezimmer für die gleiche Buchungssumme arrangierten, was für uns eine große Erfahrung war.

Hotel in der ersten Lage, Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich mit uns. Wir bestellten Essen aus einem Restaurant, das gut war und der Preis auch sehr namentlich scheint. Insgesamt ist es ein guter Aufenthalt

Went for an official trip ***** with my colleague to Calicut for two days. This hotel is superb value for money. Very classy interiors and breakfast spread was also too good. It has got one of the best bars in Calicut , that’s an added advantage . Location to bus stand and railway station is very near. Courteous staffs. Would recommend highly . Thanks
