From the moment I was met at the airport to the moment I left, I felt cared for, relaxed, and in good company. The Panchakarma treatments were excellent, food delicious, room clean and comfortable, and the staff (including on site Ayurvedic Doctors) friendly, helpful and efficient. I felt perfectly safe, as a solo female traveller, at all times. It's only 30 minutes from the airport, and close to shops. Good beaches are just a short tuk tuk ride away. There's plenty of free time to enjoy a swim in the well maintained pool, or sightseeing trips to the Keralan backwaters, local temples or shopping, and daily yoga classes are suitable for people of all levels of ability."
