"The ac conditioning was good, the bed was comfortable aswell. But the baathroom was not as expected, i have stayed in many hotels and every bathroom was pretty clean, it maybe becuz it's an old hotel but the tiles had dirt in between and i personally dint take a shower cu z i felt uncomfortable. If the bathroom was also upto the room and other facilities it wud have been excellent"

"It was a serene experience, we found this place accidentally and it was one of the best stays of our journey in kerala. All night we could hear different bird songs, animal sounds, we finally felt like we were away from our city lives. We will definitely visit this place again, i highly recommend it!"

"The hotel is situated next to main road. So sound problem will be there. Room is quite big and comfortable with two sofas and dressing table. Big almirah. Property is old. So bathroom is of old type. Centralized water heater hence getting very hot water may be a problem. Restaurant next door opens only at 12 noon so you you get only lunch and dinner. There is another restaurant close by 100m for breakfast. Enough parking space. No toiletry items, electric kettle, etc. You may not get a busboy for your luggage. What i found really great was the size of the room. The staff is friendly."

"Stay was ok. Bathroom taps are very tight and jammed. Have booked the room with breakfast but when we went for having breakfast in the morning almost all the food items were finished by 9:30 am itself. Nothing was available and even after request they brought 4 poori and little scrambled egg. Food quality is worst. The hotel is not worth the price they charge for the rooms."

"I recently stayed at riveria by raj, muvattupuzha for a day and had a wonderful experience. The room quality and cleanliness were excellent, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff behavior and service were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Although my stay was short, the overall experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and well-managed place with top-notch hospitality. Looking forward to visiting again!"

"Excellent placement of the resort. Best service from the whole team, restaurant and reception crew, etc. Always available to serve our requests. Food may seem bit pricey. Activities available are adequate and the best in all is the nature walk. We all enjoyed it very much🥰"
