GGastnutzerMy family and I had the pleasure of staying at this homestay.
The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated that made us feel right at home. The room had everything we needed, including a comfortable dining table, bedding, hairdryer, heaters, Wi-Fi, and most importantly, excellent water pressure!
The location was ideal, with food stalls and convenient stores nearby. We also felt very safe with its security door.
The only minor point for improvement was that there were no extra keys provided for our family of six, which made it a bit challenging at times.
Overall, we highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful, hassle-free place to stay. It was an unforgettable experience, and we would love to return!

AAnonymer BenutzerWir haben ein großes Zimmer für 2 Einzelbetten ...Nicht viele Optionen können Sie für ein 'gutes' Hotel in Alor Setar und in der Nähe ....Tomyam Restaurants im Gegensatz zum Hotel ...Selbstwäsche und andere Einrichtungen innerhalb von 1 km ....
und auch der Flughafen ist nicht weit von diesem Hotel entfernt.

MMaimon TopThe hotel is located quite a distance away from the centre of town but away from the husle bustle of the city. The room was small with little space to move. There is no elevator to the upper floors. We are thankful that the receptionionist changed our room from the third floor to the second floor. There is ample parking space for guests.

HHD RyanOverall stay was good, in term of location, easy access restaurant and shops, room cleanliness, safety and security systems. However, area need to improve is WiFi connection not so stable during 3 days 2 night stay need to change different username and password for 2 every day. On 2nd day I can't sleep properly due to noisy from another guest room at level 4, door room was bang strongly by another guest when closed the door... The rest good.

AAlvin Yong Zhihaven been staying here for the past few weeks. 1-2 days each week for work. This trip I got room that is quite poorly upkeep. Hope management can check. reception was helpful to change room on the 2nd day. Room for improvement. Thank you

GGastnutzerThe experience is average. Room is clean and within expectation. We stayed at the hotel 2 weeks before Chinese New Year and there was a night market beside the hotel and we enjoyed the festive mood. A downside of the facility is that there is no lift between the basement carpark and the lobby and thus, I had to bring the luggage from the basement to Level 1 Lobby. However, there is EV charging available in the hotel and this is good news for electric vehicle owners should they choose to stay in the hotel.

GGastnutzerlocation is right in middle of town and very convenient. restaurants and stores within walking distance. room is clean nice furnished. water temp and pressure is okay. breakfast menu is nice too. really good choice for stays in alor setar

GGastnutzerEverything is beyond expectation. Did not expect our stays at this hotel this good. The receptionist is helpful. Aircond, heater function well. Only the hallway carpet are bit dented and old but no weird smell. Breakfast or sahur during Ramadhan don't have many variations.

GGastnutzerWir haben eine Nacht in einem Deluxe Zimmer verblieben.
Die Lage liegt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und der Mahlzeiten.
Das Zimmer ist eine angemessene Größe, aber leider nur zwei Betten auf unseren Terminen.
Einrichtungen zur Anbringung der Taschen und Laptop-Tasche sind ein Pluspunkt. Eisen- und Haartrockner sind auch im Zimmer für unsere Komfort. Tee- und Kaffeemaschine und Flaschenwasser sind verfügbar.
Das Badezimmer hat keine spezielle Dusche, nur Dusche Kopf über dem Bad. Leider ist es kein Duschegarten! Vorstellen Sie das Wasser auf dem Boden, wenn wir eine Waschmaschine hatten ...
Das Zimmer war laut, in der Lage, die nächste Tür Gespräche und Fernseher zu hören.
Das Frühstück ist ein Abzug im Vergleich zum anderen Hotel in der Nähe.

IIrisThe stay was okay but has deteriorated over a year as compared to my last trip in Dec2023.
The room is dark (prefer more white light). This time I realized that there was no fridge in my room. The curtain rail is falling, the toilet shower glass door cannot close properly, and lastly water drainage system is flowing very slow.
Breakfast was not good.
Pros: the room is big and bed is big. Aircond is cold enough.
