Location is excellent, service is good just that they dont have enough extra room key. The only issue is the sound proof. Have been staying here for few times and every time do can hear what the next room is talking, alarm ringing , their toilet sound, etc. Other than that , the rest are fine.

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit einer weniger schönen Aussicht bekommen, weil es wie eine Baustelle aussieht, aber es ist komfortabel. Viele Einrichtungen können genutzt werden. Die Angestellten sind alle in Ordnung, aber einige Leute bitten um Trinkwasser, warten aber, bis sie zurückkommen, und können es nicht bekommen. Aber es ist okay. Insgesamt die beste Bewertung: 4,5/5 ⭐ Übrigens gibt es kein Bild des Zimmers. Aber das Zimmer 👍

Ein Nacht dort geblieben. Service ist gut, erster Zimmer geräuchert Zigaretten, informiert und sofort mit einem anderen Zimmer ersetzt. Zimmer sauber. Nicht geräumig, aber für ein Paar genügt. Frühstück ist ok, nicht zu viel Sorte, aber hat Nüsse, Porridge, Laxa, Brot, frisch gebratene Nuggets usw. Keine Milch 🥛 heute Morgen.

Ein schönes Zimmer, aber noch besser. Es sieht offensichtlich unvollständig aus. Was ist mit den Blinden anstatt Gräbern? Gräber machen das Zimmer noch lebendiger und eleganter. Wie wäre es mit der Installation von Teppich auf dem Boden, um das Zimmer angenehmer zu machen. Familienzimmer vor allem. Nicht alle Gäste lieben auf Fliesen zu gehen, wenn in einem Zimmer. Warmwasser wird außerhalb des Zimmers geliefert, aber ich sehe keine Glasfasern, trinken Pakete Tee/Kaffee. Also frage ich mich, wofür es ist? Aber ich mag die Idee, Ihre Kleidung auf Ebene 2 zu zerstören und Ihre Haare auf Ebene 1 außerhalb des Zimmers zu trocknen. Die Jagd nach Nahrung war einfach, da es viele Cafés/Restaurants in der Nähe gab, aber der Schwächepunkt ist etwas weit von der Stadt entfernt.

The hotel is located next to Boulevard Shopping Mall with lots of shops, restaurants and food center. Hotel Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but menu should be improved.

A service that you wouldn’t be able to imagine. This apartment would be the last resort you would want to choose in Kuching. If it wasn’t because of imperial hotel that was fully book during my time of stay i wouldn’t be choosing this apartment ever and also because due to my lack of research of other hotels as well I was actually looking for a hotel with swimming pool for kids to enjoy and spend their time with. Other hotel was way too expensive for only 2 nights stay.. However, this complaint is truly just on their service provided. Not on the facilities.. It is fully because they have the worst real estate agent to manage these service apartments. LUCO VISION SDN BHD (agent name: Lily).. First asking for RM200 deposit which I totally understand but later ask for RM30.80 “Service Charged” even after I fully paid my fee through Agoda. When I ask for explanation on what kind of service charged is charge, but they couldn’t explain further none other than just mentioning “this is management T&C”. Thereafter I call Agoda for further explanation on this service charged and it come to my surprised that even Agoda were not aware of such servicing fee being charged on client. How funny is that? Later then the agent say i must pay no matter what if i wish to continue my stay, i mean i have already fully paid to Agoda on my stay of RM494.60. And so called service fee that is chargeable, they can’t even explain it. By the way if you are curious why m i so furious on this service charged is because they can’t even give a brief explanation to what service charge m i paying, everything here is self check in and they have laundry machine in the apartment but it was lock because i have to pay extra to use it and worst still there’s no drinking water provided. Least of it, when i complaint to them through WhatsApp and demanded to have a number to call, agent refused to give a number. Stating that i can only contact them through WhatsApp. What kind of service is that?? I can’t even ask for a number or have a person to talk about on this issue?? So yeah, not to even mention when i ask for early check in of 30 minutes and they say it is also chargeable at an amount of RM150.00.. in addition to that there’s literally no front desk at the lobby and we can’t even go anywhere else because our luggage would eventually be unattended.. everything here is charges charges charges.. I really don’t like wasting my time giving complaint through online platform but this kind of service from these real estate agent or so called properties agent really giving me difficult sleeping time and future guest should deserve to know this kind of service from these people. I am not the only person giving complaint on Imperial Apartment already. I have live apartment at Penang and other places, their services was way more better than i could better explain in words.

The hotel is very clean which I appreciate. The bed is also comfortable. However, I can see some black stains on the bed sheets, hidden from view. The room is a triple room, marketed as one queen size bed and 1 single bed. However, the ”queen size” bed is more of a double bed instead of queen size. In addition, I can see the ceiling, especially around aircon ducts inside and outside hotel room, is starting to mold badly. Management should do something about this. Breakfast is very poor with similar offering on a daily basis. Mostly carbs without much real protein or vegetables. Response to service request was also slow. After checking in, I called housekeeping to complain about the safety box. After 30 mins, I called again and the person who answered seems clueless. Only after another 60 mins did I receive their response. I think waiting 90 mins is unacceptable!

Ich kam mit meiner Mutter zum Raya. Ich habe 3 Nächte mit ihnen gebräuchlich und habe ein Standard-Doppelzimmer. Ich kam am Morgen bei 10.30 und wollte in mein Zimmer eintreten. Sie gestatten mir!! Vielen Dank, weil ich nach einer langen Reise von Surabaya nach Pontianak fliege und mit dem Bus nach Kuching. Das Zimmer war groß und gut ohne Fenster dort. Das Tauch ist außerhalb des Badezimmers, es sah sauber und ok aus. Das Badezimmer ist groß und sauber. Mein Telefon konnte nicht mit dem WLAN des Hotels verbunden werden, ich denke, weil mein Zimmer weit vom Router entfernt ist. Sie haben stabiles warmes Wasser. Während meines Aufenthalts war der Aufzug zweimal unter Wartung. Aber es war ok, da das Gebäude nur zwei Geschichten hat. Das Hotel hatte ein Restaurant, aber sie wurden während meines Aufenthalts dort geschlossen. Ich buche das Hotel online. So wird es günstiger sein. Kuching Waterfront ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Hotel ist also im Zentrum der Stadt! Wenn Sie an einem Bier und Nachtleben interessiert sind, gibt es zwei Bierhaus, 7-11 und lokalen Geschäftmann zurück im Hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, groß und komfortabel, aber der Service ist nicht schmeichelhaft 1. Wenn Sie morgens ankommen und sich darauf vorbereiten, das Hotel zu betreten, sagt der Schalter, Sie haben Ihr Zimmer noch nicht bezahlt? Deprimiert habe ich es bereits online gegeben 2. Ich habe nach Toilettenpapier gefragt, aber es wurde nicht in zwei Stunden geliefert, also bin ich nach unten gegangen, um mit ihnen zu argumentieren 3. Ich habe am nächsten Tag nach Toilettenpapier gefragt, also bin ich direkt aufgestanden an der Theke unten und wartete, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass es in mein Zimmer geschickt wurde, und dann hängte ich das Schild an die Tür, das Zimmer muss nicht gereinigt werden, drehte es um und ging direkt in mein Zimmer, um Toilettenpapier zu legen, Ich sagte nicht putzen, komm nicht rein Das Zimmer ist weg, weil ich es eine Woche abgeholt habe, und meine Sachen überall verstreut waren, inklusive Unterlagen, Geld und hier und da gestopft, ich war etwas deprimiert über den Service dieses Hotels, aber alles andere war sehr gut.
