Das Hotel befindet sich direkt im Zentrum des besetzten Bereichs im Stadtzentrum. Alles ist in der Nähe. Es befindet sich auch im Meeresbereich mit vollen touristischen Spot. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist alle freundlich und das Essen ist so gut. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel genossen und ich empfehle jedem, dieses Hotel von Ihnen zu Kota Kinabalu zu versuchen.

So far when read all the reviews, I was abit scared to book because there's also a bad reviews about this hotel & the service. Plus it's self check-in and check out. But I have faith and just book, I bring my husband and children to stay, the service was excellent. They keep on answer my question and guide me well, abit early check in. When enter the room also we were surprised because it's was so nice! The room spacious, towel, everything was there, clean, air-conditioning and everything has no problem. We really love it! Will repeat to stay here again next month for sure! Regret not to stay here for long time, this time will take a longer time 🥰 really recommend

Recht in der Mitte der Stadt. Viele Mahlzeiten in der Nähe. Nachtmarkt und Anjung Senja Meeresfrüchte Gericht ist in der Nähe. Zentrumpunkt KK ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Das Gebäude ist alt, aber die Zimmer sind geräumig renoviert. geräumiges Zimmer, sauberes Badezimmer, freundliches Personal und Rezeption. Overall our 2-night stay at Hyatt Centric KK was comfy n relaxing. The lobby n top floor lounge ambience is excellent~feeling of calmness. Rooms are spacious n clean with beautiful sunset seaview. We especially like the bathroom with sitting bench~ a considerate design for guests who prefer to sit n shower. Restaurant staff were very well-mannered n helpful. The hotel is well located just opposite the Sabah Suria shopping mall, so it's very convenient if you wish to dine out or shop around…

Die Lage ist gut. Das Zimmer war angemessen, geräumig und sauber. Für rm150/night ohne Frühstück, glaube ich, es war ein gutes Geschäft, da es sich im Hauptbereich befindet. Sie können nur zu Tok Wasserfront und Philippinen Markt gehen. Aber beachten Sie, wenn Sie außerhalb des Hotels ohne den Parkschein parken, Sie’d be fined rm30.

Es eignet sich zum Liegen. Ich war hier mit meinem Baby für 2 Nächte und das Gesamtgefühl war in Ordnung. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Pier, um aufs Meer hinauszugehen, aber der Preis ist etwas teurer als der städtische Pier, aber es ist mehr komfortabel. Da wir im Hotel nicht viel zu essen hatten, aßen wir an zwei Abenden hintereinander das Buffet. Die Ausstattung ist zwar nicht neu, aber auch nicht schlecht. Geeignet zum Liegen mit einem Baby, es ist in Ordnung.

We spent 3 nights at Gaya Island Resort and had a great time, I thought I would write a review because there are a few things worth considering before you go. Firstly, the place itself is amazing, the staff are super friendly and caring - probably the most professional I have ever experienced in my many years of travelling. So all in all it was a wonderful stay. The things worth noting are as follows: 1. The sunbeds, I think may have mentioned it and it's worth mentioning again - there are nowhere near enough. When you pay and arm and a leg to stay at a beautiful resort it is annoying that they haven't found a way to add more sunbeds. People get there early, throw on their towels and stay or disappear and the seat is gone for the day. This is a solvable issue and the resort should so something about it. 2. Check in is after 3 - could be later - and it's not flexible, so if you are arriving earlier be prepared to sit around waiting for your room. It would be nice if they could flex a little as waiting hours for a room without your bags is not a joy, but it is what it is. 3. Eating - you are on the resort, so you are eating in one of their restaurants - no other options available. There are a few restaurants so not really a problem (we did the hot pot restaurant and it was great), but good to be aware. By far the most expensive places we ate in Malaysia, but I guess given the quality of the resort it wasn't a surprise and the main restaurant is reasonable enough. 4. Activities - my wife and daughter did the cooking class and loved it, we did the night walk - which was fun and me and my son did the coral garden. The Coral garden was fun and I was lucky to see a big old shark. However there is a large amount of plastic floating on the surface of the water that is quite concerning and makes the whole place not feel so clean. The corals and fish look healthy so may be fine, but be prepared to swim through bottles and crisp bags to see the fish. The local resorts and local authorities should really work together to resolve and you pay the tourist tax, so not sure where that's going, but not to plastic clearance by the look of it. Hope that's helpful. all in all, it's a beautiful place to stay, could just do with a tweak here and there to make it even better

The room was clean amd neat. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. Everything was good, the only downside is the noisy club at the upper floor. If you are a light sleeper, consider booking other places.

My recent stay at The Pacific Sutera Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Despite only spending 2 days and 1 night at the hotel, the level of service I experienced was truly top-notch. From the moment we stepped into the lobby until our departure, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the cleanliness of the facilities to the overall ambiance, which contributed to a memorable and enjoyable experience. However, what truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. I must make a special mention of one staff member whose name unfortunately escapes me. She mentioned that she has been a part of the hotel's team for the past 20 years, and her dedication to her work was palpable in every interaction we had with her. Her genuine friendliness, warmth, and professionalism enhanced our stay and left a lasting impression. I believe it would be wonderful if the hotel could consider acknowledging her dedication and exceptional service with a bonus or some form of recognition.
