I’m very satisfied with my stay. The Deluxe family room was upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. I especially loved the colonial atmosphere—very charming and comfortable. And the staff provided excellent service and friendly. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

Very good staycation. Spacious, clean and near the city centre

设施：The room is very bad!! Wi-Fi has not been used. The front desk staff said that it was my mobile phone problem. The problem is that even the TV in their own room showed that it could not connect to Wi-Fi. Every time they gave feedback, they said that there was no problem. They said that they were checking once. The problem was not solved from my check-in to my departure, and they did not offer to help me change the room. The signal is also very bad. The mobile phone Unable to communicate with the outside world normally

Excellent location and cleanliness

Very good location with nearby mall, gaya street night/wkend market, eateries, convenient stores and the todak waterfront with lotsa seafood and night market again! Friendly staff, lobby with pleasant smell and best of all, the room is huge and clean! Love it!

Good location. Easy access to Gaya street night weekend market. Opposite to Sabah Tourism center with 0km location

Very old hotel. Booked 3 rooms, but some rooms have odd smell. Maybe it needs to have a major cleaning and maintenance services.

Location superb. Right in the middle of everywhere. Lots of choices for food within reach by foot. Wifi need to log in every hour. TV channel is boring as there's no live TV channels. Room ambience comfortable.

The hotel still under renovation and the room aircon sometimes blows out with smoking smell.

Overall is good . Me and my family really love this hotel. Recommended to stay!

location at gaya street,very convenient,behind is maybank,in front is sabah tourism centre..but the hotel a bit old and surrounding very dark..

Excellent location l. U can easily get ur breakfast, lunch, dinner even ur supper here. The room is big and comfortable. Even it is located in City but the hotel inside is quiet. If i come to KK again definitely will stay to this hotel again.
