1) Reception can speak English that is so nice. 2) Room is clean but it is very small room. 3) Take a shower with hot water but it is VERY LOW WATER PRESSURE and very slowly. Suddenly it will STOP the hot water when you are taking a shower 🚿. 4) Breakfast is OK but the fruit is ONLY a little bit and NO re-fill. 5) Location is so far away from Gaya street.

Chose this because the hotel facilities and rooms are quite new and it’s located near to city centre with walking distance to gaya street. There are many restaurants nearby. The staffs are friendly and nice. Only issue was one of the 2 lifts was broke down and we had to wait for some time to take the lift.

Have been staying at this hotel for quite a number of time. Overall experience is good. The room is nice. This time i got a room which I can have a view at the south china sea. Great. If possible, maybe just need to replace carpet floorings to laminates. Else can be slightly dusty.

Great things - The location of the hotel is within walking distance to the Gaya Street Monday/Night Market. Also very centralised to places you want to go in Kota Kinabalu - Good enough facilities for a short stay ard the city area. There's no swimming pool, bath tub (If you are looking for a resort type stay then maybe not). But otherwise, we had a good stay - Very prompt and good service. Some issue with the safe box and fridge but the hotel service is good and fast to resolve the issue There's no hotel parking. You have to use the public parking area (most of the time we are able to find one), but need to prepare parking coupons.

Never thought there's a decent hotel in the area. Excellent service, helpful, always ready to serve. The ambience & amenities in the room is fancier than standard 3-star hotel room. There's enough space to pray as well. Love it! Only few matters. Ordered room service, not so satisfying as it tastes like using old ingredients. The room isnt sound-proof. Heard like the neighbour room is breaking into your own room.
