The room was clean & spacious, got 2x small mineral water so if stay more than one night your need to buy more mineral water, there have a 24h shop just behind lobby. The only weird is the main door connected into two studio door and its small space at main door you have to hold everything to open another door and your can hear someone enter the other room and make feel uncomfortable.

The Customer service serve is good , fast respond and everything in details. Location is good can found
Food nearby . But room is not fully clean there’s a little dust on the floor and table . What I’m not satisfied is there’s little blood stain on the bed sheet which the things can clean after wash and they charge me for that .

It's been the fifth day since I checked out. The deposit hasn't been refunded to me yet. I don't know if it's because the lipstick accidentally rubbed on their towels, so the deposit is not refunded. Is their towels worth rm100? I can wash it off when I rub it on my clothes, but they can't.
The room is quite comfortable and well-equipped, but there is a lot of dust, and the sound insulation is not good. I was awakened by the sound of the next room in the middle of the night.
距离退房到今天第五天了 deposit还没有退给我，不知道是不是因为口红不小心蹭到他们的毛巾上 所以不退deposit了 他们的毛巾价值rm100吗？我蹭到自己的衣服上都能洗掉 而他们洗不掉
房间蛮舒服 设备齐全 但是灰尘超级无敌多 隔音也不好 半夜一直被隔壁房的声音惊醒

房間很大，一個客廳一個卧室一個衞生間，帶廚房，設施齊全。但是，這次入住有幾個問題讓我很不滿意，第一，這個是民宿性質的，和那個酒店雖然在同一棟大樓裏，但是樓下的大堂前台是不接待的，你需要打電話聯繫，然後加微信，交一百馬幣的按金，他會發密碼給你，然後你去郵箱裏拿鑰匙和門禁卡。第二，入住期間基本不來打掃，衞生紙和瓶裝水也需要去要才會給。第三，退房那天，問他能不能寄存行李，讓我去樓下大堂找前台，我還納悶他們不是一家公司嗎能行嗎。結果拉了行李下去果然不行，然後跟他商量能不能把箱子留在客廳其他他們可以先打掃收拾，結果死活不肯，到最後突然來一句：為啥你不付錢晚退房呢？哦，恍然大悟，在這等着我呢，説是30馬幣一小時，沒辦法，衹能付錢唄，樓下的大堂又不讓存。給的現金，進不進公司賬户不清楚。入住時的按金，開始時説3-5天退，結果回國一星期了還沒消息，後來説要去投訴了，才給我退回來，還衹有一部分，説是弄錯了，十多天才全部回來。結果匯率還損失了一筆，付過去166多，回來才160。順便説一句，這個地方雖然在市中心，但是門口兩條河，需要繞一圈才能進來。
