Stayed here with family for 4d3n. Our 1st trip to kelantan . Located at a very strategic place right opposite KB mall and near to all places of interest. 1 parking lot provided for free, just be careful when driving up the parking lot as it is quite steep. Basic amenities available in the apartment. Overall satisfied and worth the money.

Location in town. Easy access to restaurants and mall. Free parking. When we arrived, the receptionist told me that my booking was not in the system. We have to wait for quite some time. But thanks to them, they tried to settle the problem and give us other room. Thank you very much. Breakfast was okay. Not many choices but still okay.

Excellent location night market just at your hotel doorstep. Varieties of food for you to enjoy. Our best choice is the Thai Tom yam and crispy freshly fried butter prawns only rm10. You must not miss them Location strategic very near to Tourist attractions. The lift is unique. It's hydrolic lift which will make every guests laugh as we open close the lift door manually . Very interesting experience. The Hotel receptionist staff Maliha very helpful and understanding. We extended our stay till 6pm however was allowed to have our maghrib prayer till 7.30pm. Hotel breakfast acceptable for an average standard hotel.

1. The owner: need to improve on ‘friendly’ when dealing with customer - replying customer’s message asap - owner need to be more alert 2. Lift service - very bad experience - first time rent TROIKA - lift service already stuck for more than hour - where many rental need to wait at lobby (I thought TROIKA still new?) - What happened to lift maintainence service? 3. Why not put coffee/tea, sugar at proper place on table (as welcoming guess to the residant - just suggestion) 4. Guards - very friendly and always smile (credit for them) Overall - not bad But got room for improvement in future…. Sicerely Guess room 18-10

Unsere Auswahl an Prestige 1-bedroom Wohnung (Block A13-10 18. Stock) im Sky River Front Gebäude hinter dem Ibis Hotel gefallen. Neu malen und sehr sauber. Hat separate Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer zum Hauptsalon, Essen und Küchenbereich. Hatte einen Balkon, WiFi und Parkplatz im Freien. Handtücher und Toiletten sind vorhanden. Die Küche hat Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und elektrische Kessel. Cutter und Kleiderschrank sind auch geliefert. Der Schwimmbad war schön und sauber. Das einzige negative ist, dass es keinen Platz zum Kochen gibt. Es wäre schön, ein Gerät wurde zu diesem Zweck geliefert.
