Das Personal ist völlig enttäuscht. Der ***-Ager ist völlig unsinnig und sollte einige ***-Ners lernen, mit Frauen und Kunden zu sprechen. Wenn wir das Zimmer verlassen, hatte jemand aus dem Personal eine schöne Zeit mit einer Zigarette in unserem Zimmer und als sie sich beschwerten, sie nicht damit einverstanden. Schlimmes Verhalten von dem Hotelpersonal und würde nicht einmal 1 Stern geben, wenn möglich. Ich kann nicht glauben, Goibibo empfehlen dieses Hotel, das nicht mehr als irgendeinen lokalen Heimunterkunft ist! Sauberkeit?? Es gibt keine - sicher nicht sanitiert. Türen?? - nicht arbeiten - versucht 3 Zimmer und alle gleich.

Had an amazing stay. Nice clean rooms, good room service, serene property, very well maintained.Food was prepared very well and the hotel staff was so helpful and well behaved, locality is in the centre of city hardly 3 km from riverfront and railway station.

Don't go with the 5start ratings here. Hotel seems fine in pictures but actually the corridors and rooms are very suffocated and stinky. Staff is not at all courteous. On the second day of our stay we reached breakfast at 10.05am as we were out for some work we went directly to restaurant to have breakfast as we went out at 6am for our official activity at Chambal River. When we returned one of our colleagues also joined us. Although we got almost the leftovers of buffet breakfast and from my plate I offered one idli please mind me only single idli to our colleague just out of a courtesy. To my huge wonder the waiter had produced a Bill of FULL BUFFET BREAKFAST And when we said why you have brought the bill he said ”Sir inhone aapki plate se khaya tha” I said ”Dude that was just a single idli” on that he said ”Haa Sir you have to pay this bill this is our rule” want to ask what kind of foolish behaviour and rule it is??? It's not about the bill it's about how ruthless the people are there. Hospitality means welcoming the guest with full care and respect not humiliating the guest. Management and owners should learn this before running a hotel and also train the staff in the same manner. Won't recommend such a hotel where staff, management and owners are like a bunch of FOOLS

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and spent a very relaxing time. The hotel sports excellent amenities and provides a very relaxing atmosphere. The decor of the rooms is good and the rooms are clean. The quality of food is first rate, both in its variety and in its quality. The only little shortcoming is with the service provided, which was sometimes a little late. But considering the number of guests they have to attend to, i think it is a very minor flaw.

Had a great stay here with family. very beautiful property with nice ambiance with great service.The welcoming part was so good there was a girl with arti something they served us welcome drink .The excellent hotel for stay in kota .the food is fabulous ,mainly local food
